I am a long time Honda loyal customer. My first Honda was a 1979 Civic. I decided to buy my wife and daughter new Honda's for Christmas. Because I was buying two new cars, I shopped it online to all of was a 1979 Civic. I decided to buy my wife and daughter new Honda's for Christmas. Because I was buying two new cars, I shopped it online to all of the Honda dealers in the area. I decided that I was going to buy from the dealer who made me the best offer. Todd Albrecht offered me a decent deal that was in the ballpark with a few others but wasn't the best. I brought my daughter in to test drive the Civic on Saturday. I met with Jay Cox and I asked him if he could beat the best offer. He said if we can, will you buy the cars today? I said yes. Offer was close so I made the deal with Jay and bought both cars, a 2013 CRV EX and a 2012 Civic LX. Jay did spent a lot of time with us on Saturday completing the deal and paperwork. I really appreciate all of the time he spent with me and my wife and showing us all of the functions on the vehicles. Even showing my wife how to set up her bluetooth phone. Love the cars. Even though I took several days to decide on a vehicle, Chris did not presure me or make me feel like I was wasting his time. My wife and I were looking for a new car. Had been shopping all week. We had bought a car from Meghan before at another dealership. Loved dealing with her before. We couldn't however remember where sh shopping all week. We had bought a car from Meghan before at another dealership. Loved dealing with her before. We couldn't however remember where she had gone. We were actually working a deal on another car at another dealeship when we finally remembered where she was. We left the table and called Meghan at Frank Leta Honda. Calling Meghan was the best thing we could have done. We have owned gas guzzlers since we have been married. Love having all of the room. But, we knew we needed something good on gas and still family friendly. Meghan knew exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for. Meghan listened to everything wanted. By the time we got there saturday she had several cars for us to choose from. We had planned on shopping all day but when we meet with Meghan realized no need to do so. Everything we perfect. From the moment we got there, Meghan gave us a tour of the facility, introduced us to alot of the support staff, and explained the overall Frank Leta Mission. We love our new Honda Accord. We couldn't have asked for a better car. When we got to financing everthing was exactly as she said it would be. No bait and switch xx that my wife and I have experienced before at other places. Really just an overall great experience. My wife and I have never considered a Honda and are glad we did. Also, glad we dealt with Meghan. She really helped make all of the difference. Already referred someone to her and they bought a Honda Accord from her also and are just as pleased as we are. Anyone considering buying a new or used car I strongly suggest going to Frank Leta Honda and ask for Meghan Estes. My wife and I are Honda fans for life. We are already planning on buying a Honda Pilot for my wife. And we will of course buy from Meghan. A big thanks to Frank Leta for all of the great service and HUGE thanks to Meghan for making this car buying experience a great one. More
Chris saxe bad mouthed other dealerships to make his look better. Once done with the test drive nagged us to the point of us never returning to that dealership!!! Two thumbs down. From my first contact by phone with Tracy concerning a 2004 Toyota Tundra I saw on the internet to my shaking her hand thanking her for what I feel was a good deal. The deal I received on my trade in allowed me to purchase a 1 year 12k mile warranty. I feel more comfortable driving a vehicle with high mileage now that I have a warranty. I had decided to purchase the new Accord Sport and originally went to Dealer Rater's 2012 MO Honda dealer of the year, the sales person was great, and while the price was good but the trade-in offer w originally went to Dealer Rater's 2012 MO Honda dealer of the year, the sales person was great, and while the price was good but the trade-in offer was less than impressive, I had researched the trade in value on the net and it was at the low end even though the car had less than 12 thousand miles and was in excellent condition . I decided to try using internet sales and put a request out for bids on Sunday night. Frank Leta was the first to respond by both phone and email. Forrest Knight the internet manager was easy to reach and to talk with and we arranged an appointment for Wednesday. I ended up going on Tuesday afternoon. Once there Forrest introduced me to Jay Cox. Jay was personable, easy to deal with, and had a great sense of humor. The negotiations went smoothly with no pressure , the initial price offer was better than I had received from my original stop and the original trade in beat them by a respectable amount. After a little more negotiation they made an offer that just couldn't be passed up. I purchased the car that afternoon. All of the employees that I dealt with were friendly, respectful and likeable. If and when I decide to trade again they will be my first stop I would recommend that anyone looking for a new Honda give Leta's a shot at your business. More

I am a widow whose husband always took care of the car. For some reason I can't even test the tire pressure and get a correct reading, much less put air into them. I told Mike Price that when I brought my CR-V in for an oil change, and he said I should stop by anytime I needed that done, or a car wash, or any other thing I was concerned about. He didn't make me feel incompetent, but more like I was a relative that he wanted to help at every opportunity. I really appreciated that. More
