Chris was great and quick in finding vehicles that would meet our needs. He didn't waste any time. It didn't take us long to make a final decision on which vehicle to purchase. Josh, the Finance Manager, is so friendly and easy to interact instead of dealing a strict business interaction. This is the third vehicle our family purchased from them over the years. "Frank Leta" is family now. I was so impressed with the service, I brought my daughters Honda Pilot in to have it repaired before we leave for a family reunion trip. Her husband is in the Military and we wanted to make sure she and her children would be safe with no interuption's on the trip. *Michael Law is helping me today, he has been very helpful. The "Frank Leta" service department runs like a well oiled machine. They work together, so you like working with all of them. More
So in Aug. 2012 we bought a used 2012 VW CC. We went to this dealership just because they had the car we wanted with all the features we wanted. When we went for a test drive we noticed that the windshield this dealership just because they had the car we wanted with all the features we wanted. When we went for a test drive we noticed that the windshield was cracked. The salesman was very nice and said they would replace the windshield. We were fine with that thinking there wouldn't be a problem. Well just 9 months later the reaview mirror fell off!!!!!. A new car with 30K miles and the rearview mirror falls off. I call frank leta and let them know they tell me they want to see it. Long story short, it took alot of talking and a letter to the General manager of the location to get it taken care of. THEN, the act like they are doing me a favor by fixing it. To be fare i should mention that the rearview mirror fell off because of a manufacturing defect with the windshield that was put it. Bottom line: I will never go back because frank leta put an inferior quality windshield in my car( i have a hard time believing that an OEM windshield would have the same problem) in the first place. Then made me fight them to get the rearview mirror fixed. On top of that the rain sensing wipers STILL DOES NOT WORK ( the sensor sits behind the rearview mirror) it was such a nightmare getting them to work on something last time .. i'm going to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Next time if Frank Leta has the car I want... ILL WAIT!!! More

My wife and I went just bought a NEW Civic Sedan from Frank Leta Honda. Our salesman was AWESOME!!!! His name is David Walsh, he took the time to understand what we wanted and did not attempt to push us Frank Leta Honda. Our salesman was AWESOME!!!!
