Chris gave us the Honda experience we never would have expected. We were just browsing to look for a car, and we never had any intention of buying a car from such a nice dealership like this, but when Chr expected. Our first CRV was purchased in 1998 so we were familiar with the basics of that make. But when we worked with Chris to locate our 2013 Basque Red CRV he did everything possible to get the price to one tha with the basics of that make. Chris introduced himself while I was looking around the showroom. He wanted to know what I wanted & really listened. He was easygoing, pleasant & willing to quickly find answers to questions I had that he didn't necessarily know. During the process, Chris took all my phone calls & responded quickly with answers to each new question. Chris worked with my schedule & even came into the dealership on his day off. It all started with Chris's suggestion that I take the car I liked home. Otherwise I would not have considered buying it, because I was actually just passing the time looking around the showroom while waiting for the service on my Honda to be done. I didn't actually need to buy a second car, but since Frank Leta had a cute little used Audi roadster available, with Chris's offer to let me take the car home for a day, I decided that even though I didn't need the car, I wanted it. I would never have bought the car had it not been for Chris's easygoing, pleasant nature & his offer to let me take home the car just for fun. If I had not taken the car home, I would have just forgotten about it, since really & truly, I wasn't actually looking to buy a car that day. But Fate had it that I really fell for the car once I took it home & parked in my driveway overnight. And that was all thanks to Chris sending the car home with me "just to try". Thank you, Chris! wow! I never knew buying a new car could be so easy and painless! I was somewhat dreading the whole event because of prior experiences....but then we met Chris! For one, he must have the patience of a sa painless! I was somewhat dreading the whole event because of prior experiences....but then we met Chris! For one, he must have the patience of a saint, because I am the shopper who likes to look at everything and then make my decision (unlike my husband who sucks the fun right out of it by seeing - liking - buying). Chris was totally accommodating to everything - our schedule, our questions, our 2 kids that were with us...my anxiety. I think I actually had 'fun' buying a new car! who knew?? I may have to do this again :o) I can't say enough great things about Chris and would totally recommend him and the 'car-buying-pleasure' he provides. I'm pretty sure he won't be making my payments for me, but I still think he's THE BEST!
