I've been a loyal customer of Honda brand and bought 3 cars from Honda in the past 10 years - Odyssey, Accord, and Civic. This time I wanted to buy CRV EX-L w/Navigation. After googled the price, 3 cars from Honda in the past 10 years - Odyssey, Accord, and Civic. This time I wanted to buy CRV EX-L w/Navigation. After googled the price, I found Frank Leta Honda offers the best price. Since I am living in Illinois with a 3-hour drive, I started my e-mail conversation with Lesley Joubert from Internet Sales Team. Lesley was very patient and informative. After the price was set, last Saturday my wife and I drove to the dealership. Nate Thomas greeted us at door. He took us to a test drive and demonstrated the new features of CRV. Nate was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He made our buying experience easy and pleasant. Thanks to Nate and Lesley. I highly recommend this dealership. More
My wife and I purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV EX-L after test driving a new KIA Sorento, Toyota RAV4, and the Honda CRV. Having just retired after driving a company provided vehicle, this was my first expe test driving a new KIA Sorento, Toyota RAV4, and the Honda CRV. Having just retired after driving a company provided vehicle, this was my first experience dealing with a new car purchase in years. My last new car purchase was a 1984 Dodge 600 in 1984! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the attitude and obvious desire of all the staff at Frank Leta Honda to earn our business. We worked with Nate Thomas with the test drive and price negotiations. Nate gave us a fair price but having not purchased a vehicle in so long, we wanted to compare with other dealers in the area.There was no pressure to decide on our first visit. After sleeping on the best deal we could negotiate, I shopped several other local Honda dealers for the same equipped CRV. They were all within $25.00 of each other in price. We made our decision to purchase and contacted the dealership. Nate was not available so Jean Burman took over the deal. We explained to Jean that we were under a time constraint because my company provided vehicle was about to be returned. We met with Jean at 4:30 in the afternoon on Friday and drove off the lot in our new car around 7:45PM! Jean demonstrated and made sure we understood all the features of our new CRV. He even made sure our cell phones were paired with the blue tooth. We chose Frank Leta Honda because two of our neighbors recently purchased cars there and they both are very satisfied with the dealer's service department. More
Tracy was wonderful! She was friendly and worked with me based on what I needed. She was not pushy at all and did everything she could to make sure I was happy! This has to be the worst Honda dealership in town. I had a conversation with the sales person couple of times and we discussed about what I wanted and if those cars would be available to buy. The sales person gave me an impression that they have plenty of cars in their lot and the price we discussed and agreed upon would be the final price. They set up an appointment for me to visit them so that we could proceed with the purchase. When I arrived at their lot we were greeted with hostility and looked upon as if who these people are. I felt like my skin tone and my dress up gave them the impression that I cannot afford to buy their cars. To my dismay the cars that I was supposed to buy was not even in their lot, they didn’t have any colors that I wanted and the sales person was unapologetic and discourteous. I had called them a day before to make sure that the cars would be available—their answer- we have everything ready to go. The salesman justified the deceit by saying they were sold out of all their cars that morning—why even lies and make me drive 45 minutes to their dealership. The salesperson was a tool- he kept saying he has 27 years experience selling cars—but I guess in 27 years of his experience no one taught him the value of customer service and how you treat your customer. Do not buy at this dealership—in future they might give you problem with your warranties, who know. Their attitude was-- take what we have or get the xxxx out of our house—nice way to go HONDA, I was a loyal customer of this brand for a long time now I will never ever purchase this brand ever. More

Just bought our very first Honda from Chris this week. We love it! Chris bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and to get us into a car that really fit our needs. I took my Crosstour for routine service. Tracy Kelley approached me as I was looking at the showroom CRV EX L. She was very informative without being pushy or overbearing. She assured me that if I had any questions or concerns she would always be available to address those issues. I had to take my Honda in for servicing several times over the last six months. Although the warranty covered the repairs, I still had to pay out of pocket for one item that was known by Honda to be a d over the last six months. The last two times it was in service, Mr. Ricciotti was the "advisor". His attitude was subpar and had a condescending tone towards my wife while she tried to explain the problem. This experience was by far the worst I've had in 16 years of owning Hondas. I am in the market for a new Honda and had test drove the one I wanted plus had some information traded with a salesman, but after this, I plan on taking my purchase and service to another dealer. More
