The actual sales experience was good, and salesman Dean Burroughs was great. I paid cash for the car, my check has cleared. I buy alot of cars and have never had to wait and extraordinary length of time like this. I phoned the finance office but THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALL. I travel in my job, live on Florida, and will now have to pay a penalty because of the inabilty to register my car within 30days, due to Frank Leta Honda's refusal to communicate with me and provide my documents within a reasonable time period. Do yourselves a favor and buy from a dealer that will communicate with you after the sale, not Frank Leta Honda! More
