I was shopping for a used Honda Accord, and after going to several dealerships, I found the one I wanted and had a great experience with frank Leta Honda. He was not pushy at all and I was very happy to make the decision on my own. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, I had several questions and concerns regarding price, what was offered with it, and warranty. All of my questions were answered politely and we were ready to make a deal. Although it did takes some time negotiating rate and warranty with the finance team, the person that we worked with was very pleasant and made the process go smooth.
