After some previous experience with the Frank Leta group, I figured we would start with Frank Leta Honda and see where the winds took us. We were greeted immediately in the showroom by Tracy, who asked all the right questions and guided us through a tour of the Honda Odyssey. Her friendly nature, expert knowledge of her product line, willingness to let us take an extended test drive, and an extremely low-pressure sales pitch had us feeling really great about a purchase. The negotiation and finance processes went very smoothly - again, very low pressure, and we were able to reach a very fair price on both purchase and trade. The finance manager, Asheed, was equally as friendly and got us through the arduous process of finance and final purchase.
