My husband and I went to the dealership one evening after work to look at a 2012 Honda Odyssey we saw on the internet. It was a long drive from where we live and while driving, we missed the last exit to th work to look at a 2012 Honda Odyssey we saw on the internet. It was a long drive from where we live and while driving, we missed the last exit to the dealership. We called the dealership for assistance on how to get to their location from where we were. I spoke with Chris Saxe and he was very helpful and guided us directly to the dealership. Once there, we met Chris and he located the vehicle. We went for a test drive and Chris was very knowledgeable about the different features of the van. After the test drive, we sat down and discussed purchasing the vehicle and some of the concerns we had about a few scratches, dings and a missing visor on the van. Chris assured us, the dealership would take the necessary steps to get the vehicle in the condition we wanted in order to purchase. Once we left the dealership, Chris called us to let us know how long it would take before we could come back and look at the vehicle. After a week, we went back to the dealership to look at the vehicle. It looked really good! My husband was very pleased and we were ready to purchase. Next we had an appointment to go over financing and we met with Asheed. He was very detailed and explained all the financing options available to us. After some previous experience with the Frank Leta group, I figured we would start with Frank Leta Honda and see where the winds took us. We were greeted immediately in the showroom by Tracy, who asked all the right questions and guided us through a tour of the Honda Odyssey. Her friendly nature, expert knowledge of her product line, willingness to let us take an extended test drive, and an extremely low-pressure sales pitch had us feeling really great about a purchase. The negotiation and finance processes went very smoothly - again, very low pressure, and we were able to reach a very fair price on both purchase and trade. The finance manager, Asheed, was equally as friendly and got us through the arduous process of finance and final purchase.
