I have purchased Accords over the last 30 years (average over 14 years ownership for each), so I trusted Honda from the start. On a Saturday evening, one hour before closing at Frank Leta, I met Chris who quickly provided me with details of their stock based on my exact specifications. I eventually went with the Touring version. During the entire experience, Chris was low-pressure and asked questions regarding my expectations and needs. Once he understood I had done the research, he focused my on the Accord models that would meet my requirements and provided me with an excellent overview of features. We then quickly agreed to a price based on my pre-determined pricing research through CR. Again, Chris honored every promise and quickly worked with his team to get my car ready for the road. Less than three hours after walking into Frank Leta's showroom, I walked out of the door and into my new 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Touring edition sedan. All expectations regarding the quality of the staff and workmanship of Honda were exceeded. Thanks to Chris and his team for making this happen. I am certain that most other dealers would have prolonged my stay with high-pressure sales gimmicks and add-on nonsense. Once I made clear what I wanted, Chris made everything happen. Best Place EVER!! I took my Acura in for a simple oil change and tire rotation last Saturday. As soon as we pulled into the service bay, we were greeted with smiles. This was our first time in so we weren't sure how the process worked. He took our VIN number and escorted us inside to the advisors. They were wonderful and great to deal with. They were joking and made the experience even more pleasant. I was told it would take about an hour for the work and then we went to the waiting area. And talk about a waiting area!!! They had coffee/hot cocoa, popcorn and soda. And...are you ready.....a huge tv to watch!! My husband and I got a drink and grabbed a comfy chair-we settled in to watch the Cardinals game on the big screen. The hour flew by and right on schedule the car was done. This was by far the best service experience I have had. I will be back for sure and if you are wondering if this is the right place for service/sales--IT IS!!!! Love Frank Leta!!!!! More
