I was informed that it was being tested by another customer, so I asked that someone from the dealership call me to let me know if the car had been sold. I didn't get a call, so I drove out to the dealership to find that the car had been sold to another customer. I spent the next 3 hours with a salesman who constantly tried to strong arm me into buying a much more expensive car, and since I had already given them my contact information, I was harassed for the following month. I purchased a vehicle with another dealership and, upon informing the salesman who routinely called me, he spent 20 minutes insulting my character and implying that I had no sense of loyalty. More

The sales person I worked with was really nice, she gave me time, she did not call/email me repeatedly like the other Honda dealerships did, she understood me and she knew I wasn't ready to buy the car. After 1 month, I went back to Frank-Leta and sealed the deal. Obviously the price was a major deciding factor for me to choose Frank Leta, but I kept going back to Frank Leta because of their service too. More

No Hassle Purchase Experience On Friday June 6th, 2014 I went to Frank Leta to trade in our older vehicle on a new Civic EX. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building an On Friday June 6th, 2014 I went to Frank Leta to trade in our older vehicle on a new Civic EX. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and was introduced to Chris Saxe. Chris was friendly and courteous. Chris immediately located a new Civic EX Coupe in Black which was my color choice. He immediately offered to explain all the features of the Civic. I ordinarily say "no, I can figure it out" but this vehicle is loaded with really cool features and I allowed him to bring me up to speed which he did. Chris knew all of the features and pointed them out as well as demonstrated them. I then went for a test drive and returned having enjoyed the great ride and surprisingly powerful responsive engine for a vehicle that gets 38 mpg. While I was on the test drive, they were busy appraising my trade. That was completed fairly quickly and then we sat down to do the negotiation part. While this part of the process was handled professionally and expeditiously, it was a fairly familiar process with several back and forth trips by Chris until we could agree on a number. Chris summarized it all out on paper and although I did not get as much as I hoped for on our trade, they had already given me "True Car" price on the Civic and our trade was not perfect, I feel we got a fair trade on our old vehicle. Then it was off to financing which went quickly and smoothly thanks to Brandon. So, to summarize my experience: Straight forward, professional and relatively painless. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE On a trip to Ohio our CRV developed brake noise. We took it to a Honda dealer in Dayton. It was misdiagnosed and the noise returned.
