Mixed Review Walked into Frank Leta with financing in hand and objective of obtaining fair and reasonable deal on purchase of new CR-V. We had an excellent experi Walked into Frank Leta with financing in hand and objective of obtaining fair and reasonable deal on purchase of new CR-V. We had an excellent experience with Chris S. who went above and beyond to answer our questions. Shared with Chris our expectations based on research and obtained a price that fit within these expectations. Would be a five star review if we could have just signed over our financing and walked out the door. Instead we were antagonized and belittled by the finance team because we wanted to use our own financing and not allow them to run the financing through their channels. Further strong-arm tactics used when we declined the warranty and maintenance add-ons. Bottom line is 5 stars for Chris S. and 0 stars for the finance team. Overall not the best start to a relationship, but hopefully the balance of the team at Frank Leta are like Chris and our long term relationship is better. More

If anyone wants to know if they will be treated well and receive an honest sales transaction, then I say go to Leta. You will be well served indeed. More

Frank Leta is the only way to go! My family since day one has always raved about owning Honda's. They are affordable and last forever. I got my first big kid car last year, a '13 Honda My family since day one has always raved about owning Honda's. They are affordable and last forever. I got my first big kid car last year, a '13 Honda Fit and LOVED it every day. I hadn't had any car credit yet so yes I had a high monthly payment but I knew it would pay off because it was a Honda. A year later I get an email from a sales rep named Jamie. He mentioned in the month of August they were running a special for qualified buyers to upgrade their Fit's for the new and improved '15 Fit's. All for the same or possibly cheaper price. I looked into it. My sales man, Ryan Groeller., answered ALL of my questions so that I actually understood them. I'm a girl but I'm not dumb. I won't take crap or catch's from them and he gave it to me straight which I really appreciated. The '15 Fit is even that much better and just as promised I got a fantastic deal. Honestly it would have been ridiculous for me not to refinance now that I had a year of car credit under me. Brandon, my financial guy, met me halfway by dropping the price and gave me a reasonable trade even with my cracked windshield on the '13 Fit and the list goes on. A week later I get a call on a notice on the '15 Fit. They are doing some protocol on a piece on the car to make sure I'm 100% safe. Sure that's scary but the point is they will call themselves out, get it fixed, and do everything in their power to get you squared away. THAT is great customer service. It didn't take long and I didn't even need a rental. Long story short......GO FRANK LETA HONDA! More
