When we arrived at Frank Leta, we were immediately greeted by friendly sales people, and brought in to meet Chris. Chris was very welcoming and personable. He went above and beyond to make our car-buying experience, not only as painless as possible, but also actually quite enjoyable. He showed us models that could fit our needs. We finally decided to test drive the CR-V EX L-AWD. My wife liked the ride and the options. We told Randy we were going to visit other dealers with similar models. He suggested we do that and compare them to the Honda advantages. We left and test drove other models. In the other dealers we were pressured which turned us off. We returned to Leta and asked more questions and test drove the car a second time. We were convinced this was the car we wanted. We negotiated a price and leased the car for 3 years. We highly recommend Leta Honda and Randy Borth. More
