Never again I purchased a used car from Leta. 2 days after purchase, i come out to a flat tire on my car. When brought to a to repair shop they told me the ri I purchased a used car from Leta. 2 days after purchase, i come out to a flat tire on my car. When brought to a to repair shop they told me the rim was cracked. I contacted Leta and brought the car in to be looked at. I waited a hour and a half, when someone asked if they told me what they found I said no. The service guy forgot about me, and instead went lunch. So I wasted 1 hour for no reason there. Now, I decided to cancel my extended warranty. I go in to sign a form which should take 10 minutes. I sat for an hour and twenty minutes. Angry over the wait. I finally get Josh Williams to look at my odometer so i can leave and not waste my afternoon there. He was suppose to email the forms to me. Guess what a week later and I'm still waiting on Josh. They treat you well until your financed then they don't care. Now i know you can beat a Leta for sure. More

He even sat in my new car and helped me set up the blue tooth connection with my phone. Most helpful! Roger Harmon who helped me with setting up the payments, etc, was also great and I had good conversations with him. He patiently answered all my questions. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this dealership to others, including my family members. More

The first offer Frank Leta made us on our trade was what I considered a fair amount and what I had gone into the dealer looking to get for my trade. They also gave us what I felt was a fair price on the new car that I was so in love with and wanted. Definitely a win/win for both of us. More

Certified Used 2012 Honda Pilot I went to Frank Leta after having done some shopping at other dealers around town. I saw a Certified Used Honda Pilot listed on autotrader as I was o I went to Frank Leta after having done some shopping at other dealers around town. I saw a Certified Used Honda Pilot listed on autotrader as I was out looking at cars, and decided to drive back across town to look at it. Chris Saxe helped me when I got there to look at the car and we went on a test drive. I was actually good with the price the car was advertised at, and didn't "negotiate" on the price for the used car. So, I can't comment on the negotiating tactics they used there. I appreciated him being available and working with me even though he had another person to work with as well. The one part I didn't care for from Frank Leta was on the additional warranty, I am not a huge fan of the warranties and felt that it was a bit of a hard sell. It also led to us going over the price we were looking for on the vehicle. The reason I gave them 5 stars though was that even this process showed something good. After working through numbers and agreeing to the prices, I was feeling sick to my stomach because we were going over our planned monthly payments and length of loan. I told the financing consultant that I felt that way. And that I was not happy with where we ended up. To give him credit, he went in and ran through things again, and got our payments down by finding a little drop on the interest rate. I'm not sure how that worked, but he was able to make me happy by doing that, and made the sale feel good overall. More

Careful on their "fair market pricing" We made an appointment to look at a 2011 Honda Pilot. Leta uses what they call "fair market pricing" and we were shocked to see that their internet pr We made an appointment to look at a 2011 Honda Pilot. Leta uses what they call "fair market pricing" and we were shocked to see that their internet price on this vehicle increased by $900 two days after we inquired about the car. When we asked for an explanation, all we were told was that their software program continually evaluates their pricing and makes adjustments. Incidentally, KBB value on this vehicle (in excellent condition) was priced some $2400 UNDER their "fair market pricing" and did not fluctuate. Frank Leta does not believe KBB represents the value of a pre-owned car UNTIL is it time to appraise your trade. Sorry guys, but I call this business hypocrisy. To add insult to injury, when we turned down their offer, they would not return our car keys (from the appraisal process). A manager appeared and tried to strong arm us into another meeting to discuss why "fair market pricing" is fair market pricing. We had to request our keys THREE times before they let us leave the dealership. Two days later , we found the almost exact vehicle at another dealership, priced fairly within $400 of KBB. In less than an hour, we made our purchase and were treated as valuable customers. So my advice in dealing with Frank Leta Honda or any dealership: 1) Do your research and don't let them bamboozle you into thinking they have some special inside track on pricing. 2) Keep calm and professional even when their tempers rise a bit. And 3) Always ask for your car keys back BEFORE sitting down to discuss numbers. More
