Clear bait and switch - I had an inkling nothing is going to go right. However, Mike the sales man was very good, explained the features thoroughly and patiently. However, the price quote from Josh had nothing to do with the internet price and tried to sell packages, pin stripes and the only car they had and not the correct color - that were not asked for. Only option was to walk away. More

I wanted an Accord Hybrid EX-L which is extremely hard to come by. We discussed what I wanted and he did not try and push any add-ons. Ordering a car was not really an option so we did not go down. that path. Josh, the sales manager, came by and introduced himself. He was professional, and pleasant. I did not buy a car here as another dealer found one in the color I wanted. If I could describe this process here at Frank Leta in one word it would be "painless". Since I view buying a car as a very painful process, that's pretty much the highest complement I can make. Next time I buy a car, Leta will be my first stop. The overall ambiance at Leta's was better than the other dealers. More

Chris did an incredible job making my wife, my Dad and I very comfortable. He's got some jokes and some stories so be prepared to have a great conversation as business is getting done. The process of meeting one of the managers, Josh, and finalizing the deal with Asheed in the financing of the vehicle went as expected and in ways better. The drive out to O'Fallon from the Downtown area of St. Louis was long but well worth our time. I believe we got the best deal on the lot, a great warranty package and the best customer service in the area to boot. More

What rude and argumentative bullies. These guys try to bully and guilt customers into submission. Using their Internet Sales, I was passed from one level to another and each level was le These guys try to bully and guilt customers into submission. Using their Internet Sales, I was passed from one level to another and each level was less response and more insulting. They pursued me by phone at work and specifically asked them only to correspond online. The Internet Sales Manager hung up on me when he demanded that I tell him what I was willing to pay and I did not comply. The General Sales Manager told me that he wasn't going to answer my questions because at his dealership customers had to do business their way. He wanted me to make a deposit over the phone when he had not even answer the basic questions in my email. Both jerks raised their voices and coped strong attitudes. How do they stay in business. They are the epicenter of the car salesman stereotype. In contrast, the Internet salespeople at Napleton, Bommarito, and Mungenast were totally professional and helpful, especially the last two. DO NOT even email Frank Leta. It will ruin your day. More
