This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Jean Burman. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk in to Frank Leta at 7:30 PM on a Friday night intent on leaving there with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Jean about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. His 23 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Jean to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave Frank Leta with a brand new Honda Odyssey, but I also left with my dignity still in tact. Thank you Jean! Clear bait and switch - I had an inkling nothing is going to go right. However, Mike the sales man was very good, explained the features thoroughly and patiently. However, the price quote from Josh had nothing to do with the internet price and tried to sell packages, pin stripes and the only car they had and not the correct color - that were not asked for. Only option was to walk away. More

I did not buy a car here as another dealer found one in the color I wanted. If I could describe this process here at Frank Leta in one word it would be "painless". Since I view buying a car as a very painful process, that's pretty much the highest complement I can make. Next time I buy a car, Leta will be my first stop. The process of meeting one of the managers, Josh, and finalizing the deal with Asheed in the financing of the vehicle went as expected and in ways better. The drive out to O'Fallon from the Downtown area of St. Louis was long but well worth our time. I believe we got the best deal on the lot, a great warranty package and the best customer service in the area to boot. More
