I found my 2016 Honda Accord Sport at Frank Leta Honda in O'Fallon MO, through cars.com. I was contacted by Steve W. and he could not have been more pleasant to work with. The whole process took 5 days but that was due to me contacting them about the vehicle prior to it being inspected. I felt like a nuisance to Steve, constantly asking about the vehicle but he kept telling me I wasn't a bother. I was just so anxious to get the vehicle home. He kept me informed throughout the process everyday and informing me with what was going on with it. Steve sent me a video of the vehicle, showing me it was ready to be picked up. So I was ready to take it home but a small issue arose and he informed about it and showed me himself. So the next day he had the vehicle delivered to me while I was at work, which was convenient and a nice surprise. I dont think it could have been any more easier and smooth working with Steve, it truly was a good experience. More
