Our sales associate, Ryan Groeller, and the finance team help make our buying experience low pressure and easy. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the features and ratings of the vehicle we were interested in and ultimately purchased. He was also friendly and really easy to work with throughout our entire process. I recommend contacting Ryan if you have the opportunity when searching for a new vehicle. I love my new CRV and am extremely happy with my purchase from Leta! More

RYAN GROELLER was my salesperson and he was GREAT! He was very low pressure and friendly, I was comfortable talking to him. I was reluctant to go looking at cars by myself without my husband (he's the negotiator), but Ryan made me feel like and old friend! The deal that he gave me was so good I came home with a car!! I love my Honda Pilot and I definitely recommend Frank Leta and Ryan to everyone! More

First time using the dealer :) Randy Borth was my salesperson and he was awesome. I appreciated his friendliness when I first walked into the door. He first asked what my budget was instead of jumping right into the new vehicles on the floor. He was very patient and helped me narrow down my search to a few vehicles. Also, when I was interested in a car I found online he went out of his way to find the keys even though the car looked like it was bought already; luckily it was not. I also loved how he explained any questions I had in terms I could understand because this was my first time buying a pre-owned car at a dealer. This was a great experience and I would recommend Randy to any person looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle. Thank you Frank Leta Honda and Randy for a smooth and successful experience. More

Have always had good luck with the service department and was surprised that after shopping around the prices were not much higher the your local mechanics. That being said we decided to buy 2 cars here in the last year. Both times were great experiences and using all the tools available on the WWW I was able to get a good price on both and they gave me a great deal on my trade in. Chris Saxe was a lot of fun to deal with and made the experience a nice one. Make sure to look him up! More

The buyer provides this review at the request of the sales person C.S. ***WHAT THE BUYER LIKED ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP*** - The sales person is professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He kept the buyer informed throughout 2-month waiting period. - The finance/closing person R.W. is professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He worked hard to get an excellent finance deal for the buyer. - The price is great…Overall price on the car is the lowest among Honda dealers in the region. The dealership honored their agreed-on price from TrueCar.com (with caveat below). The finance rate obtained through the dealership is great. - The dealership’s impeccable facility is enjoyable. The facility truly stands out, even in comparison with the luxury brand dealerships in the region. All the staff are friendly and helpful. ***WHAT COULD BE IMPROVE AT THE DEALERSHIP*** - High-pressure sales on after-market package: The general sales manager M.C. imposed a $750 dealer-installed add-on package on the buyer, as a condition to accept the already agreed-on price through TrueCar.com. - High-pressure sales on extra warranty service: The finance person spent over an hour during the closing, trying to sale extra warranty service, despite repeated turn-down by the buyer. - Overwhelming workload on sales person: The sales person had to joggle among several buyers, leading to longer waiting time during the initial visit, and at delivery. - Some glitches on delivery/closing: The buyer had to make a second trip to the dealership to pick up the second key for the car, and a third trip to put on the pin stripes, part of the after-market package.
