What made this an unusual experience is that I live in Denver and had never laid eyes on salesman Gene, manager Rob, or anyone at the dealer, nor could they know me. It's amazing how well I was treated and when the issue of a slightly damaged windshield came up after the car was sold the next day, they took care of it. Very impressive!! More

He is full of information and answers and spends as much time as you need to think and discuss and make a decision without high pressure tactics. I first drove my new vehicle a week before I purchased it and was in daily communication with Randy with questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly. Never did me make me feel like I was wasting his time...he was there to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my decision and got exactly what I wanted. And, when it came down to making a deal....I was ready to negotiate hard if I had to...but the figure I had in my head that I wanted for my trade in....was exactly what was offered. It felt weird to close a deal with no negotiation...but no need to debate when you are treated fairly from the beginning. I won't be in the market for a new car for awhile...but when I am I will certainly return to Frank Leta to hopefully work with Randy again! More

Unlike every other car salesperson I have EVER had to deal with, Donna was pleasant and fun to talk to. She was never condescending, didn't give me that 'ooh, other people are considering this car, too' line, and made me feel like there was no pressure to buy right then and there. It was refreshing to talk to a sales person that actually listened to your wants and didn't immediately counter those wants that may not have equaled an immediate sale. I did purchase from her that day and was extremely happy with the way everything went. I'd specifically recommend her to anyone. More

Terrible Sales Staff I went to Frank Leta to look at a 2015 Honda Accord. My sales representative showed up smelling like a ash tray, it was awful. We followed her back to her cubicle that was covered with McDonald's....and sat down to discuss our options. After being unwilling to give me a rough estimate of my trade in value on my car (which my last 2 cars were purchased brand new from this loccation!), a manager came over to get me a budgetary value. After reasonable discussions with him, and saying bye, my sales rep (who already had her sunglasses on), stood up and walked away without shaking our hands or saying anything. Rude. We won't be back. Jason gets 5 stars but i have 4 here because of dealing with the finance and other back office folks. Overall i definitely would recommend them but please check things before signing. -N More
