Kyle Lucas was my salesman and he did a great job going over all of the details with me and making sure the car I bought was the right one for me. I didn't feel any pressure from the sales manager and I feel that he got me the best price in town. The finance department did an awesome job getting me a really good interest rate and showing me different optional plans for service, gap, and additional warranty plans that their dealership had to offer. Again going over these additional plans I never felt like I was being pressured to buy one. I give my experience a 10 out of 10. I will definitely tell my friends about it and definitely buy my next Honda from them. Keep up the great work guys. More

Very Pleasant Buying Experience From the moment I called the dealership and spoke to Jason Hawkins for the first time, I could sense a very relaxed and professional way of doing busi From the moment I called the dealership and spoke to Jason Hawkins for the first time, I could sense a very relaxed and professional way of doing business. I never felt pressured in any way by Jason or anyone else at the dealership. On the day of my initial test drive at Frank Leta Honda, I had also scheduled a test drive at their Acura dealership. Although I had not informed Jason that I was going to the Acura shop later that day, someone noticed, called me and offered to pick the car up and have it driven to the Honda store (which was very close to my work). This was a totally unsolicited and gracious gesture which I appreciated very much. After work, I was able to test drive that car plus another I was interested in. Again, there was never any pressure or hard-sell to get me to commit one way or the other. I went to three other dealerships, test drove cars and listened (endured) their various sales pitches over the next couple of days. After all that, I simply called Jason and asked if they still had the car I was interested in. The rest, as they say is history. Jason and Frank Leta Honda turned an oftentimes unpleasant experience (i.e. buying a car), into a very relaxed and peaceful event that I was completely comfortable with. When I am in the market to buy another car, I will be calling Jason and Frank Leta Honda first! Bravo! Well Done! More
