Kyle did an outstanding job answering our questions and we never felt pressured in any way as is often the case at many dealerships. He also made sure they did a top-notch job detailing our new car before we drove it off, and even drove with us to the gas station to top off the gas tank before we headed back home. We felt like they gave us good value on our trade, and overall it was a very positive and pleasant buying experience. More

Frank Leta Honda did an excellent job for my wife and I as we purchased a new 2016 Honda Pilot. Our sales representative, Kyle Lucas, was wonderful. He answered all of our questions; he was not a pressure guy at all. He worked with us every step of the way and made sure that everything tied out as we agreed, when we left to consider the offer overnight. We came back one day later and wrapped everything up; very clean and easy. I had purchased an Acura from Leta probably 12 years ago and they were equally good on that brand as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend them. Oh, they were also very fair and quick on the trade-in assessment. More

Because of the positive feedback given by customers of Frank Leta Honda, I decided to drive the extra miles to that dealership. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I was assisted by sales person Frank Sturm, who actually LISTENED to what I wanted in a car, gave suggestions based on what I was considering and was pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about their products. They found the exact car I wanted, had it brought from another local dealership and ready to go that very evening! (The not-so-pleasant dealership called me the next day and said they had found a car in Kansas City and could have it driven down for purchase the next day--for an additional fee, of course.) Little did they know I was already driving around in my new Honda CR V bought from Frank Leta! I love my new car and believe Mr Sturm got me a very good deal in the price. I will tell anyone looking for a car to save themselves some time and go straight to Frank Leta Honda and ask for salesman Frank Sturm for a pleasant buying experience, professional expertise and a "good deal."
