Poor customer service! Agreed to the price then sales rep came back with paper work to sign with the wrong price 3 times. Waited 2 hours to meet with F and I even though Agreed to the price then sales rep came back with paper work to sign with the wrong price 3 times. Waited 2 hours to meet with F and I even though I was paying cash. Three weeks later still waiting for them to find the title. I was Informed the Missouri state inspections were included in the sale. State inspections provided are not valid, car was delivered to me anyway. Sales rep no longer responding to emails, requesting assistance with status of title. Management and business practices are very disappointing. I Do not recommend this chain of dealerships! More

I was driving quite a ways to see the truck and must have called three or four times with questions about the truc salesman Kyler DeGaeto was great.
