Great experience...though lengthy The experience at Leta O'Fallon was a good one for my wife and I. The children's area was a bonus as both of us were required to be present during off The experience at Leta O'Fallon was a good one for my wife and I. The children's area was a bonus as both of us were required to be present during off-hours and take turns test driving and speaking with the salesperson, Jason Hawkins. The sale and explanation of contracts and bonuses was very clear. The test-drive was great and the vehicle in great shape. We even put a deposit down and purchased the vehicle a few days after the test drive after our own financing came through. The only problem I have is the amount of time it took to finish up the deal after arriving with the loan check in hand and down-payment secured. It was almost 3 hours...and this was after we were guaranteed the paperwork would be all ready for us to have an easygoing experience. Other than that, the team was friendly and social. The guest area very accommodating. The place very clean and orderly. More

Everybody we worked with were pleasant and efficient and we never felt rushed our pressured. Jason Hawkins was our salesman and we found him to be a great listener, efficient, well-informed and to-the-point. Jason and Matt Prater both stayed very late after hours to help us finish our transaction. Jason followed up with us promptly the next day to arrange for some minor finishing touches to be done.
