Worst General Manager I have never dealt with a more unprofessional sales manager, Daniel. I called about 5 times within a week's span trying to buy a CRV EX AWD. Since it I have never dealt with a more unprofessional sales manager, Daniel. I called about 5 times within a week's span trying to buy a CRV EX AWD. Since it was a holiday weekend, I was not in town and was willing to sign documents via internet or overnight mail. I was connected with Daniel to make this happen but he continuously pushed me off to the next day. On Saturday, August 31st he told me to fill out the financing application and he would call me on Monday due to the amount of people in the store. At that point, they had multiple CRV EXs on the lot that would have fit what I wanted. I told him that was fine and was looking forward to closing the deal on Monday. He never called me on Monday even after I called, asked to speak with him, and left a message for him to call me. I waited on Tuesday till 2:30pm for him to call me and when he didn't, I called him. He then told me that 1) he didn't have any EXs to sell me, 2) he couldn't send me the paperwork in the discount period (and why I tried to talk with him earlier, knowing this would be a problem). After asking him why he pushed me off since the deal wouldn't be possible, he had no answers and HUNG UP ON ME. This is the worst service, I have ever had. All I can chalk this up to is either poor service or not being taken seriously due to my age. I will be writing a review so all future customers will be able to understand my experience before coming into the dealership. I wouldn't want anyone to be treated the same way I was especially by a General Manager. More

He proceeded to parts and a new battery was installed. He then had another person try to get my buttons to work on the FOB. The young man was unable to program it The invoice said there was a circuit board problem. I told him I had another FOB at home. He said to check the functioning when I got home. I did, and the buttons did not work on it either. I e-mailed me and said at my convenience, to bring both FOBS, so they could be checked. Paul was outstanding as a service advisor. Very attentive and helpful. i could recommend him to friends and family anytime. My husband made an appointment for his Honda Pilot for the next day. Paul ordered the parts. More

XYZ price was advertised on Cars.com. When we get to the dealership they claim that price advertised was with a finance rebate. xx And wouldn't honor the Cars.com price. Secondly we get the vehicle home. Nothing in the advertising started that the DVD player fails and is unusable. Yep DVD player is broken Plus the paperwork that was suppose to be express to us, That took no less than 2 week to arrive But wait there's more. No inspection was done for us. So to get the car registered we have to get an inspection done. $10,000 car and no inspection hmmmmm Surely this business doesn't operate on a daily basis like this More

I bought a new 2018 CRV all wheel I got to Frank Leta Honda in o Fallon Missouri. I had the most horrific experience I ever had in all my 62 years !!! I bought a new 2018 CRV all wheel drive . In October 2018 , it slid in the snow , and it wasn’t until middle of May I smelled a strong Oder of gas , getting me sick , I pulled car out of garage , yup !!!!gas was mixing with oil . They saw mouse droppings and blamed it on mice eating a wire !!!! Now I have a big bill to pay . They don’t even have a loaner car for me , for the time it’s been there , don’t buy a car from frank Leta !!!! Please . My experience was horrible. I live way out in the country and nobody can bring that car back to me . The worst dealer I have ever met and knowing the CRV Honda had problem with gas mixing with oil , and attracts mice !!!!! Alex was quick to reply first thing in the am and was very prompt, courteous and straight to the point (as I wanted). He worked with me back and forth a few times, and while I ended up getting a vehicle elsewhere, it had nothing to do with Alex or Frank Leta by any means. It was just something out of their control. I felt like Alex’s customer service was simply outstanding via text, so I had to leave a review for him!! Thank you, Alex!!! More
