Week after we bought car ,we brought it for diamond finish application and paint protection and 36 point inspection that they do . Couple days after that we went to El Paso ,TX . As I always do when I stop on gas station on long trips I popped up hood and found that there was almost nothing coolant in reservoir,no windshield fluid and tire was leaking air and still does today . So on my vacation I had to waist half of my day to take care to El Paso Honda Dealership to check car where they determined that coolant fluid was extremely low and tire was leaking air .Same tire I saw that was repaired per Carfax report, and I was asking for price deduction or new tire . They kept saying ,tire is good ,it’s by Honda Standard .They just care to make profit with minimal investment like some private dealers on Facebook marketplace. When I came back I requested cancellation of “‘Maintenance program “(1100 $ ) which includes 7 oil changes and tire rotation. It’s to expensive and they can’t even check car properly. Jacob Kimble was our sales person. He didn’t even offer free Oil change for inconvenience. Instead when I asked him for cancellation of maintenance program he sad it will be problem because they are already changing oil ,so I asked him ,can you tell them not to do it if so . He told me to go and tell them myself. Now ,it’s horrible weather outside. Ice rain ,snow . I drove for 36 miles to Frank Letta Honda to resolve this problem on that day . Only one more customer prior me .When I called and asked for oil change ,they sad there was no available appointment for that day . Empty dealership ,and Jacob Kimble was acting like it’s his dads shop. Two weeks after nothing happened. I called Jacob . He told me to call Finance department. They sad I have to come there with car ,where Jacob gave me his promise everything will be taken care off. So still my problem is pending. When buying car we waited 5 h for paperwork and we were exhausted. We thought that Oil changes and wind protection and other stuff he sold us on end of day were included in price of vehicle. We bought Honda Accord 2017 used for 16.000 $ . Price went up to 21.000 with everything. Now oil change with tire rotation in Dobbs is 70 ish dollars . That’s 500 $ ,while Frank Letta sells you 7 oil changes for 1100 ,but they keep saying, you get bronze car wash and other nonsense. When we were buying car Jacob kept pointing in camera and telling us how much pride they take in customer service and that Big Brother is watching. They will keep you there as long as they can ,you will get tired and then they will sell you your own kidneys. After you pay them ,service will dance on thin line between ignorant and basic . Don’t buy car at Frank Letta if you are not from 5 miles around because you will need to go there very often to resolve your problems because phone won’t work .As I sad ,two months after they still didn’t help me or even tried to help . Keep getting voicemail and runaround. More

From the time we walked in the door until the time we left we collaborated and worked with multiple friendly, courteous and professional employees of the dealership. Steve Neely and Brett are both salesmen there and both brought valuable information to the table throughout our experience! Also, must mention the young lady that works the website vehicles and communicates with you via online named Even (I believe). She was so professional and knows her clients and cars, and greeted us with the biggest smile. To top it all off, I worked with Tre in the finance department and came to find out that I could truly trust him to get us the best interest rate!! He took extra steps to make sure to make this happen. This has never happened before at any other dealership. I plan to upgrade my own vehicle (Nissan Murano) there when I am ready now just because of our overall experience. Honda does get in other types of cars to purchase outside of Hondas if that is of interest to you. Going to buy a new/used car can be so intimidating, so it makes all the difference when you have trustworthy people to work with along the way. #Happy Mom and Buyer #Thank You Frank Leta Employees More
No support for consumer Own a 2008 Honda Civic, bought brand new. Had to take to our mechanic because it was leaking fluid and was starting to overheat. A crack in the engine Own a 2008 Honda Civic, bought brand new. Had to take to our mechanic because it was leaking fluid and was starting to overheat. A crack in the engine block was discovered. The engine has 100,172 miles on it. The mechanic said to talk to Honda, they SHOULD stand behind their product. A vehicle should not have a cracked engine block with only 100,000 miles. Took it to Leta O'Fallon, MO service center and was basically told there is nothing we can do, the car is out of warranty along with a blank stare and no offer of any help whatsoever. I guess that's the Frank Leta difference they boast about. Contacted West County Honda and spoke with a very knowledgeable, caring support person who listened, showed empathy and recommended to have the car towed in so the service center could assess the damage then submit a claim to Honda America to help get the issue resolved. That is the type of service I was expecting from Leta dealership but was turned away. Thanks for nothing. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone, take your business elsewhere. I rated them one star but if there was a lower rating I would have selected that instead. More
The service department of this dealer is very bad. I called to get a quote for transmission fluid change. They quoted me over $500. I got the service done for a half price and free car wash from a different dealer. More

He was able to work with us for the perfect CRV for her and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Michael in finance did a great job with our financing and was extremely knowledgeable on the entire paperwork process. Management checked on us and was extremely kind and understanding as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership for new or used purchase! More
Horrible Experience My husband and I were looking to buy a car a few years back. After finding a used vehicle online that we really liked, we made an appointment to go see it in person at Frank Leta. We show up and they claim there was a mistake and the car hadn't arrived at their location yet. A salesman offered to show us other models until a woman named Loretta made it clear that if we weren't going to be buying a car that night then we needed to leave as they were closing (we had no interest in buying a new car, it was their salesman who pushed us around the showroom). She told us to come back the next evening and the used car we saw online would be arrive. She specifically said that she would call the shop to make sure it is detailed in the morning, before we look at it. We show up the next day for our appointment with Loretta and no one knows who we are, what car we're talking about, or that we even had an appointment. And the car STILL wasn't there. A salesperson told us Loretta had left at 5, and in a later email she claimed she was out sick all day. Either way she apparently couldn't be bothered to make sure the car was there or that we actually had someone to meet with. We then proceed to be stuck in a room with another salesman for hours while he tries to push a brand new model on us, imploring us to buy the car tonight and forget about the used car we came to see. We eventually just gave up and left. Frank Leta uses the "SIMPLE" acronym to claim that they don't negotiate, give you the best price, blah blah blah. It's literally just a negotiating tactic so that you won't negotiate. The salesman spent that entire two hours lowering the price more and more just so we could walk out with a car we didn't even want to buy. I've told every person I know to steer clear of this shady dealership. A few days later we went to Lou Fusz to look at a similar used car. We went on a test drive within minutes of walking in the door, faced ZERO pressure, and bought the car immediately (and was a better deal than the Frank Leta one anyway). I will never step foot in another Frank Leta dealership for as long as I live. Our second car just died and we immediately started looking at cars from Lou Fusz. Frank Leta is a stain on this city. Disappointing My initial interaction here was good, agreed upon a price and placed a deposit for a 2020 Odyssey. They didn’t have the color I wanted, but agreed to find it. 5 days later George let’s me know they’ve found a 2019 model. I returned to the dealership, reviewed the price worksheet signed by me and the sales manager for a 2020 model. Over the phone he had quoted me an extra $750 but in person he changed his tune and promised to find the 2020 model in the color I wanted and not to worry about the previously mentioned $750. Two days later I hear that the 2019 model is in for detailing. On the phone George admitted that no one had actually been looking for the 2020 model and again he tried to renegotiate the deal. So after being without a car for a week and after the shady renegotiations, I was done with the lies and went to another dealership and bought the exact vehicle I was looking for. More
