Poor customer service responded

I have called twice to leave messages for general managers. I recently got an email asking about if I haven’t gotten a car yet please speak with another sales person replied to them and said no I had not and I wasn’t going to buy a car there and they didn’t even respond with a hey can I help resolve an issue.
