I even had to call him a few times to ask questions regarding the settings on my Ridgeline. Everyone was so nice, and helpful. If you buy a Honda vehicle, I highly recommend Steve Neely. He helped us get our settings where we wanted them and made sure we were comfortable with the van before we left. In all he spent well over an hour helping familiarize us with our new purchase. Just recently bought a car from Frank Leta Honda, the salesman and finance guy were great and we were told that they treat their customers like family, well, not so much. The management at this dealershi salesman and finance guy were great and we were told that they treat their customers like family, well, not so much. The management at this dealership will not treat you like family at all. I’ve had two small issues with the vehicle, one small chip in the windshield and the key for the locking lug nuts was not in the vehicle. Both times management advised that it wasn’t there problem. Just recently they decided to replace the lug nuts after I fought them. I made an appt on Friday for the following Monday, upon arriving, I was advised I had to wait outside due to corona virus (I completely understand this) but it was a really chilly morning but changing 4 lug nuts should only be 15 minutes, however, 2 hours later I had to go find someone only to be told they don’t even have the lug nuts. The service advisor told me she was sorry and would have management call me about it, still waiting for that call. Will never buy another car here. All they want is your money and won’t stand by their product. I wasn’t asking for an engine overhaul, what I was wanting would have been $50 to them. DONT BUY HERE. More
