I knew immediately that the Honda CR-V was the one for me. Nic was very attentive to my needs as a new car buyer, showing me how to use all the features on my new CR-V EXL. In addition, he went above and beyond by staying after hours. The exact CR-V that I wanted to purchase was just sold; however, Nic said he will locate the vehicle of my specifications and have it delivered or available for pickup . Never did he pressure me to buy a similar vehicle available on their lot at that time. Pricing was fair and transparent (no added costs that some dealerships add on at the final sale). In addition, Nic went over the additional benefits we have access to as a buyer from Frank Leta Honda (Leta for Life, Loyalty Program, etc.).
