Elyse and Zack were absolutely awesome to work with in securing a used vehicle. They worked with my schedule, were quick to react when I gave them 10 minutes notice of a test drive. Laughably poor execution of the transaction. They messed up the title transfer process. We spent 3 months waiting for our title, repeatedly asking our sales people (Ken Grams and Steve Neely) to They messed up the title transfer process. We spent 3 months waiting for our title, repeatedly asking our sales people (Ken Grams and Steve Neely) to check in on the process. They showed zero interest in getting to the bottom of the problem, and only after 3 months was I able to get someone at the dealership to realize there was a problem. Now we begin a new 6-8 week waiting process. It will end up being ~5 months after purchase before we receive the title to our car. No apology from either sales person. More
