we had signed purchase agreement and had to wait for financing department. After 30 minute wait the finance guy came to the open area and sat down to meet us. He asked the following questions in a public area: Where do you do your banking? Who will be driving this car? How long do you plan to keep this car? What is the average balance in your checking account? what is your credit Score? There were other questions but these are ones I found most annoying. We had already told the sales person the credit union we wanted to use for financing. This was a total waste of time,and should NOT have been done in a public area. He left and a few minutes later we were finally taken to the finance office. He began with a long introduction of himself and then Frank Letas history. Much of the history is posted around the building. In the 12 hours it took to buy the car, we had read most of the information. Finally he starts the sales pitch of extra waranties, After he is finished my husband said we were not interested in any of it. The finance guy looks up and asks Why not? Is it the cost? Now he wanted to debate our need for the stuff. ToTAL waste of time. we finally just said give us papers from credit union to sign NOW or we are leaving. We had ordered the car 2 months prior so no need to spend 3.5 hours to pick it up. In our 12 hours spent at the dealership we had seen the manager appear when people were finishing the deal.. He asks in public in front of the salesperson. about your experience. This seems embarrassing to the salesperson and customer. More total waste of time. His wording was something like "well how did he do? Should we keep him?" I complained about finance person and the manager said "All car dealerships do this." My response was why can't Leta do better? Learn to read people. Ask if you are interested in the product before trapping you for 30 minutes to sit through junk you don't need. Speed things up and honor a customers time and personal information. More

Then I went to Frank Leta ...what a difference!!! Ryan P. listened to what I was looking for, what my requirements were and what my goals were in purchasing a newer vehicle. Then he worked with me to get the right deal that worked within my budget for the year, make, and model CRV I was looking for. He answered all my questions straight forwardly.... no B.S...and if he did not know the answer, he went to someone else to find the answer. I am very very happy with my 2020 CRV-EX. purchase and with the very friendly and professional way Ryan worked with me during the sales process and in following up with the aftersale details that needed to be handled. Looking forward to a continuing relationship with this dealer in the years to come! More

Went to test drive a car we saw on-line on Monday and were told the car was in the body shop to have a mirror repaired and not available but we could leave a deposit and test drive it when it was availab were told the car was in the body shop to have a mirror repaired and not available but we could leave a deposit and test drive it when it was available and have the opportunuty to buy. We left a deposit after the salesman talked to his manager. After texting with the sales person several times over the next few days we received a call from the sales person Thursday saying they had already received a deposit on the Saturday before and therefore we wouldn't have the opportunity to drive or buy until the other customer had made a decision. I don't understand how this manager could accept a deposit from us when he already had one. Not operating in good faith at all! More
