When the vehicle was bought, they sold a bullsh! t warranty that was not needed. It took about a month to get that refunded. Now when there are documents needed for insurance, they don't want to lift t warranty that was not needed. It took about a month to get that refunded. (Because they did not have a black car in stock, we ordered a black car, and got black wheels And tire rims… (we could get it changed out now for a price but its nit an upgrade, it’s a preference. It is something that I have to get used to because I would’ve preferred to have the silver tire rims). I feel like the service department (Steve) did an excellent job when we had to bring it in and they were very knowledgeable about all the new features. More

This dealership is a big joke they use bait and switch tactics to lure customers into their dealership with false advertising and misleading information. I have been lied to multiple times about being approved for financing a vehicle from them and other dealership in the Frank Leta franchise. I was told by a salesman to get out of the dealership and stop wasting his time . Also have had my credit report randomly run multiple times without my signature or consent the most recent time was back in November of 2024. The manager just ignored me.
