Drove 1 and 1/2 hours to get the car. Fred was very nice and made sure that I was going home with the car I wanted. I got there around noon and I was home by 4:00pm. I had a terrible experience from start to finish with this place. My salesperson, Fred, told me he'd get me a certain amount for my trade in and no down payment, then when it came time to negotiate, he this place. My salesperson, Fred, told me he'd get me a certain amount for my trade in and no down payment, then when it came time to negotiate, he came back and said I'd have to put down thousands of dollars and was giving me WAY less than what he originally said. Next, I got the run around with the finance person. They kept asking me for more and more information. When I finally got the deal signed, it was weeks later. Fast forward to nearly two months later and I am getting a notice from the credit union where I had the loan for my trade in. They're telling me my loan isn't paid off yet. When I called the credit union, I found out they have no record of Leta calling for a payoff quote or having received a check for payoff from them. This is TWO MONTHS AFTER MY SALE!!!! Who does this? Totally unprofessional. I had to leave work early several times just to get this deal closed because they'd set up a date for me to sign but wouldn't have the paperwork done. I will never return to this dealership and would warn anyone thinking about using them. Awful experience. More
I messaged the salesman , Malachi, about three days. when we got the deal worked out he said make sure I let him know what time we would be there and the car would be ready to go. we were paying cash fo when we got the deal worked out he said make sure I let him know what time we would be there and the car would be ready to go. we were paying cash for the car so we thought it would be a pretty quick deal. We drove 90 minutes to get there and the car was not ready to go at all. Had to wait for them to get it washed and detailed. There was a part missing from the door and they said they had it in the back but couldnt find it. And they added 559 on for administrative cost even even tho we were paying cash and the salesman had told me there was no other hidden cost . Any way it took a total of 3 hours to buy the car with cash even tho it was supposed to be ready to go when we got there. Do not recommend them. More
Sales team is great, but finance person used high pressures sales tactics to sell the warranty, almost walked out on the sale, but we really like the sales team and worked through it. Received documentation and inspections were expired, scheduled with service team and had to make 2 trips to get the correct inspections done. My trade in loan is still not paid off and it has been over 30 days since we did the trade in, called dealership and they said they were going to look into it and still not heard back, it has been a week since that call. I do not recommend this dealership and will never buy another vehicle from them, outside of the sales team they are just too incompetent and do not listen to the customer. More

I’ve been very happy with the service department so when we decided on buying a new SUV we went back to the Dealership. We did research on the Frank Leta website and connected with our salesperson, Malachi over the internet while shopping. He proved to be a terrific asset in our search for the new pilot Elite. Which by the way is a terrific automobile. Malachi knew the car well and was very helpful in pointing out the cars features. He was very professional and helpful in guiding us to our eventual purchase. He was also attentive to our needs as we had a shortened time frame before we had to leave town . Since our purchase, Malachi has followed up with us to make sure every thing with the car was okay. We are very pleased with everyone at Frank Leta that assisted us with the purchase of our new pilot. More
Best and quickest experience buying a car. I contacted Eric P. On Friday and we discussed the vehicles available and what options they already had on the vehicle. We came to a super quick and easy price agreement (best price in the area). Not to mention the additional perks that Leta Honda offers. Arranged finalization for the next morning. Eric took care of all the paperwork and vehicle personalization set up. Meanwhile Jay F. handled the finance side beautifully and we were out the door in less than an hour. All were very helpful and professional!!! Much appreciated— next kid turns 16 in 3 yrs and we will be back for the next car!! More

She was patient and showed me all the features of the car and gave me a tour around Frank Leta Honda service department and made sure that I felt very comfortable when I come in for oil changes and maintenance services. She was also very easy to get in touch with and responsive to any calls and texts I had. This was the best buying experience I’ve ever encountered, and I highly recommend you go see Devin for your next Honda purchase. More
