She was worked right in and was able to relax while waiting in the lounge. When an issue was found they were able to call me for the approval and worked with us to get everything fixed and keep my car rollling. I've always had a good expierience here. More

The dealership made the purchase enjoyable by avoding "working"the deal; rather the sales associate "Aaron" took his time to allow the deal to come to The dealership made the purchase enjoyable by avoding "working"the deal; rather the sales associate "Aaron" took his time to allow the deal to come together on my time frame. He knew the buying signs but never over pursued. Of particular interest was how efficient he was in helping me come to a buying decision. I was never TO'd to management, which I expected to happen but instead Aaron worked the deal beginning to end, never losing focus of what my needs were including how I would finance. I began by looking at five cars (Genesis, Honda Accord Touring, E Class Benz, TLX and RLX). Aaron allowed me to look and drive both models and never made me feel there might be any underlying dealer inicentive. His manager (BJ) took a few minutes to introduce himself and we began a conversation about the cars. After a few questions, he appropriately suggested the RLX (for all the right reasons) and within 30 minutes, the price was established, the financing was in place and the deal was complete. Of particular interest to me was their patience in making certain I had landed on the right car before we began any significant negotiations. The RLX was far and above the better value when compared to any other brand and the technology interface (GUI) is the best I have seen--learning curve is short. BJ actually made a statement that made my decision easy (Aaron actually made the same statement later when we discussed the value proposition), and that was that the engine and car was a luxury Honda....when it comes to considering a $60,000 purchase, reliability and retention of value is at the very top...that said, I felt more like a peer to peer transaction had taken place than any other dealership initially in the mix. Lastluy, Aaron was terrific at the delivery when we discussed all of the features on this car and from a buyer perspective, even though very technology literate, it saved about 9 hours of reading all 400 pages in the owners manual! Excllent experience from both working with Aaron, BJ and the management team. More
above average My spare tire was quoted incorrectly at 400 and they tried to charge me for 644. They said that the 400 dollars was just parts not the 2 hour labor (i My spare tire was quoted incorrectly at 400 and they tried to charge me for 644. They said that the 400 dollars was just parts not the 2 hour labor (if acura is really charging 2 hr labor to install a spare in a trunk which takes less then 10 min, than they are ripping people off). but ended up charging me only 400 and change. And threw in an oil change which was nice. However when i got in the car there was grease from an employees cloths all over my front interior which they did end up cleaning up most of it. We were there for a total of about 2 hours which seemed a little long however the reason im giving 4-5 stars is because the people were very nice and threw in a oil change and worked with me on the price that was through no fault of my own quoted incorrectly. That was nice of them. A smile and a discount can go a heck of a long way to impress a customer. Kenny Gibson did a great job and made me feel like a valued customer. This employee gets a 5 star in my book. More
