The salesman, sales manager, finance manager and online sales manager were all very polite and patient as they explained the transaction. Finished the sale and follow up. I had the car in the service shop and the lady that I worked with was great too. i would highly recommend this dealership to others. Maybe in the future I will be in the market for a new Acura who knows. More
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE VERY WORST COMPANY for CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the worst dealerdship I have ever been to. The people who work there are Rude, Scammers, and Inattentive. They sold me a car, after a month a motor in the car died. I had 2 year warranty and 3 month warranty from the dealer that they offer, but they wouldnt fix the car, they claimed it was my fault the motor died?? Finally after many phone calls, visits to the dealership, and consulations with the lawyers, dealerdship agreen to pay for the full amount on the old car, and for me to pick a new car so I could do a trade in. While doing all the paper work for the new car, and getting ready to sign, I NOTICED THAT THEY PAID ONLY FOR THE HALF OF WHAT I OWNED ON A OLD CAR. When I asked what was going on and why they were trying to be sneaky they argued, yelled and were unpolite through the whole situation. They claimed that they never said they would cover the whole thing. Then I noticed that they wanted me to REFUND them the money for the WARRANTY ($2,000 for 2 years) that I bought, out of my pocket while purchesing the first vehicle. They said that they had the right to this money because they need to fix the old car ( that I didint own anymore). They charged me for cancalation fee for the warranty that I Cancelled($600), but the warranty refunded me the whole $2,000. They stil owe me $600 along with many things that I will probably never get back. This situatuion almost caused me my Job, brought many arguments with my family, and caused me so much stress. Unfortunately, people who come on here to read the comments do it after they buy the car or after it's too late. I wish I went online and read more about this "DEAN TEAM" before purchesing anything from them. It is bad enough that people are loosing jobs left and right in this though economy, but then we have monsters such as this dealerdship waiting for the first opportunity to steal from us. SUCH A SHAME! More
I was treated with respect and given every courtesy. I felt like I was seen as a human being not just a customer. There was no back and forth of "let me go talk that over with my supervisor" and high pres felt like I was seen as a human being not just a customer. These guys went above and beyond in my estimation! It was as pleasant as buying a used car could be. More
We bought our new Acura TL with the Tech package on May 23, 2009. In almost a year since we bought the car, we never had to return the car for mechanical issues. I have been a Leta customer for 10 years and now own 2 TLs. Frank Leta service department has kept my 2000 TL in excellent condition. I have consistently experienced quality work for routine service appointments. I travel over two hours to this dealership but it is easy to schedule an appointment that is convenient for me, I only wish th service appointments. Frank Leta is the best place ever to buy a car and maintain it. These guys are great! My faithful little 2002 Acura RSX has more than 180,000 miles on it, but the service department has always treated maintain it. These guys are great! My faithful little 2002 Acura RSX has more than 180,000 miles on it, but the service department has always treated me just as well as they did when I was a brand-new customer. They are helpful, willing to work with my schedule, communicate promptly about any unforeseen problems or changes, and provide a 'loaner' whenever I need one. If I do wait while my car is being serviced, they have a very comfortable lounge area inside the dealership with free beverages and popcorn, TV and magazines. You're not stuck away in a cramped, stuffy room with uncomfortable chairs. My car always comes back in perfect working order, washed and vacuumed. More
