He also gave us some great information on leasing vs purchasing the vehicle. Ultimately, we did purchase instead of leasing but we now have a better understanding of the leasing process. This new car experience at Frank Leta Acura was the best of the best. I had answers to all my questions and a deal worked out within a matter of a couple hours. I had been through this before at Frank Leta so I anticipated the same personal treatment from everyone there as in the past. Nick walked me through all the new features, explained everything in detail, synced my IPOD and PHONE to my bluetooth and even offered to come to my house and program my garage door opener. I know the service department is exceptional, because I have been coming here for years. The relaxed atmophere makes it a pleasure just to walk into the garage and showroom anytime. Its like "CHEERS" everybody knows your name! More
Bought a certified pre-owned Acura TSX a couple of weeks ago. Noticed the cup holder lid was jammed and they offered to fix it after the sale (We Owe agreement). Brought the car back a week later and had no ago. Noticed the cup holder lid was jammed and they offered to fix it after the sale (We Owe agreement). Brought the car back a week later and had noticed that one of the front door speakers sounded distorted. Service looked at the speaker and not only replaced the front door but also told me a rear speaker needed replacing as well. Because they had to keep my car overnight they gave me a loaner (2013 ILX). The service and loaner was no cost to me! Talk about great service! I have also taken my son's 2002 RSX in to Frank Leta for service (over 120k miles) and they bend over backwards to get me out at the lowest cost. Even took care of a restraint system fault that was covered under a lifetime warranty. I bought my TSX at Frank Leta because of the amazing service department. Sales process was pretty painless as well. I highly recommend this dealer! More
I liked the way they told you up front what the bench charges were for my service and explained that if it was covered by warranty I would not have to pay the charges for the service. I just recently purchased a 2012 TSX from Frank Leta and I do not have a single negative comment to make about the buying experience. I stopped by the tent sale at South County Mall. I was greated by a saleman that did not work for them and was brought in to help. He had no idea what the price was on the car. I found a Traverse which I bought. Service was pretty good but the guys doing the paperwork from Frank Leta Acura were making fun of the women walking around. The name Hoosier kept coming up and my son who is in college was not comfortable and thought it was rude! I ended up getting rid of the car a month later because it was too small and when I looked to find out what the value of the car was, I overpaid. The price was a $33,000 list on a car with 45,000 miles and I couldn't find a car online that was equal to that model for over $28,000 which infuriated me. I would not step foot in that dealership!
