presured to buy extended warrenty the saleman was ok but when we go to final they would not stop pressuring us to buy the 7k insurance, said no several times and he went and got his bo the saleman was ok but when we go to final they would not stop pressuring us to buy the 7k insurance, said no several times and he went and got his boss to pressure more, he did not stop till I ask if the deal was final and threaten to leave. it was about 4hrs, will never happen again. like the car and hard to find what I wanted otherwise I would consider trying to get out of the deal. Always a great experience Pulled into Frank Leta Acura without an appointment for a low pressure tire concern. They took our car in right away and advised that since I bought Pulled into Frank Leta Acura without an appointment for a low pressure tire concern. They took our car in right away and advised that since I bought the tires there, any repair would be at no charge. The nail was removed and tire repaired at no charge as discussed, and I was on the road with a clean car (they washed it for free as well) in no time. Waiting area is comfortable and the service advisors (mine was Brad) are always courteous. They never try to up-sell you services that you don't need, and only discuss Acura recommended maintenance items. If you're servicing an Acura, this place is great. More
