I have back and neck pain issues, so comfort and safety were my main concerns. I couldnt be more pleased with my Frank Leta Acura purchase, thanks to Fatma. There was fixable issue with my CPO car, but General Sales Manager Jeff Irby promised to make it right and he did just what he promised. Going forward, I will be a Leta for Life customer. More

We did almost everything online and by text except signing paperwork which we have to be there to pick up the vehicle anyway. They did help us a lots and work with us to get a great deal! Overall we have a great experience with the dealership. More
Hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I started the buying process January 3rd. I already turned down the vehicle once but they asked me to just come in and look at it. So I did, we agree I started the buying process January 3rd. I already turned down the vehicle once but they asked me to just come in and look at it. So I did, we agreed on a price and all was fine. About a week later, I found out that I got such a good deal on it, not because they are the greatest dealership ever, it was because it had been smoked in and I’m sure I haven’t found all the issues yet. When I mentioned it to the sales person he said go buy this off Amazon I’ll reimburse you, great, so more crap that I’ll have to deal with getting a check for. Well the 30 day mark hit, my temp tag expired and I still had no title paperwork. I was getting the run around about a lien release as if they didn’t know I work at a bank and if a loan is paid off it takes about 30 seconds to print a release off. I finally get ahold of a manager, all to figure out they never got a title or had a title at the time of purchase and they have to get one from the state of Illinois. They don’t stay in touch, they want to send me a dealer plate after I have called them 5 different times, I was told 3 times I’d get a dealer plate sent to me, and finally mid-end February I got a dealer plate, but I got it just in time for a state trooper to tell me it is illegal for me to drive my car with a dealer plate since I am in no connection with the dealership. I could get a $400 ticket if caught. Do you think Frank Leta cared about that when I called? Nope! It takes about 5 calls each time to get an actual person instead of a voicemail. I called with my husband this time to a different manager and I’m all the sudden told that poof my title just appeared and they are overnighting it but are refusing to reimburse and insurance payments I made or monthly payments that I have made (that is two so far) and not being able to drive it legally. The most they will do is refund the $25 late fee with the DOR. I go to the license bureau today, guess what?! The inspection report is outdated because it was dated in November. I didn’t get an updated inspection when I bought it. So now my 90 days for an inspection is up and I have to get that faxed to my local license office. So I call them and guess what, I get ANOTHER voicemail and no return call back. So I get to pay out of pocket an inspection on a new to me car because Frank Leta didn’t have there stuff together yet again. The excuse to not refund me anything $$ is because the paperwork said they have 60 days to get it to me. Well they used exactly 60 days but only a 30 day temp tag. This place is disgusting and will never recommend anyone to go here. As an update, no still haven’t heard from them. All I ask is they pay sales tax or refund me on payments and they won’t respond. We purchased our first new Acura and had such a great experience with Frank Leta, thanks to Alyssa. She was very helpful from the moment we walked in through the door and even checking in days after the experience with Frank Leta, thanks to Alyssa. Id honestly give zero stars if possible. Once the sale is done they no longer care, especially if it is a used car. Once I walked in my dad and I were told “let us get who’s next”, so obviou Once the sale is done they no longer care, especially if it is a used car. Once I walked in my dad and I were told “let us get who’s next”, so obviously they are on an up system. My dad and I waited around for a couple minutes. As soon as another couple walked in and asked to look at a used car they were helped right away. They were asked if they had an appointment and they said no. We were passed up on so I was already hesitant to give them my business. After car shopping for 6+ hours I was over car shopping and bought the one from Frank Leta. Before I signed paperwork I had asked for the back bumper to be buffed out. They agreed to it. I have it in writing. After waiting for two weeks. I had texted my sales person and was ghosted. I had to text twice to finally get a text back from Brody (the sales manager) I finally got a call to get my car serviced (car purchased 01/03, appointment with service 01/13). Once I picked up my car the spot that go buffed out looked worse than what it did when I dropped it off. My paint was cracked and there were more spots left than what there were originally when I dropped it off. After texting Brody before and after pictures, he got me another appointment with Auto detail (their auto body shop on 1/24). Vance the manager told me he wasn’t happy with how my car had looked and I should reach back out to Brody. After reaching back out to Brody he stated if I wanted my bumper repainted I would have to pay out of pocket for their mistake. I told him I was trying to find middle ground to not hear from him. Fast forward about a month (1/27) after purchasing my car I went to get it legal. Frank Leta gave me expired inspections and failed to give me and ID/OD. So back to the dealership I had to go. I was greeted by Chris the business manager who helped close my sale with Adam Dickers. He asked how I was liking my car and I told him I was disappointed with the company and how they have handled my service appointments and that I would have to pay to get it fixed correctly. Chris then spoke with Brody and Jeff (the GM of used cars). Jeff sat down and said he would work on this to see if we can find a middle ground. Jeff reached back out to me 02/02 that they would repaint the 1/2 of the bumper that needed fixed. Here we are a month later no appointment and my bumper isn’t repainted. I have been patient for 2 months and feel like this should have been taken care of by now. I have picture and all texts of proof. To say I won’t be giving the any future business is an understatement. More
