Where do I start...so I purchased a used car from Frank Leta Acura that wasn’t an Acura but based on a previous used Acura I purchased from Frank Leta Acura I took to them for a pre-purchase inspection whi Leta Acura that wasn’t an Acura but based on a previous used Acura I purchased from Frank Leta Acura I took to them for a pre-purchase inspection which they did a through job and the issues they identified were wrong with the car the dealership I purchased from resolved. Looking back now and after dealing with several other dealerships to purchase my son’s first car I thought they would be great. An opportunity presented itself after months of searching for a used car the and I was encouraged. Unfortunately when the sale was made after the sales person shared with me Frank Leta commitment to people who purchase from Frank Leta I found out the hard way they are willing to lose a life time customer over a few hundred dollars. See I had the car inspected from my local mechanic who pointed out some issues prior to buying the car and shared with the dealership as well. They addressed some but not others so I decided to take the car I purchased to dealership who sells these cars new, Volvo. I shared this with Alex, my sales person, who in the beginning was on top of his game and stayed in steady contact but the honeymoon ended as soon as I agreed to move forward and apply for a loan online ahead of time based on our discussion that Frank Leta would do whatever it took to keep their customer. Well against my better judgement I took a leap of faith only to be disappointed in the end with the relationship. It felt like a one night stand where one-side of party, me, was looking for a longer term relationship. In the end, regardless of what two mechanics identified as an issue but not Acura, maybe because the car wasn’t an Acura, they didn’t see it as an issue even though on the same Acura I had them pre-inspect they called out as an issue to be replaced and the dealership I purchased it from resolved without question. It’s unfortunate I have to even write this review because I had high hopes for Frank Leta Acura especially since I own an Acura but fortunately I’m able to choose service elsewhere and can afford to do so. The even sadder part is I had just spent almost $1900 on a 40K mile service and new tires but I guess they thought I was an easy mark because I had an Acura MDX. Well the story ends with them needing to resolve a few more things and providing me with the emissions which they didn’t when I bought it initially and I called it out but am supposed to get it when I take it back. And on top of this when I took the car to Volvo for a 3rd review they told me Frank Leta Acura should had resolved the recall issue before selling as they never would sell a call without resolving first which was a surprise to me...how does a reputable dealership not resolve a recall issue before selling??? I look at myself as being an educated buyer and disappointed I fell for the hype of a dealership and sales person who seem to be focused on making a quick buck and not really focused on building relationships. While I like my Acura I don’t see myself purchasing another given this bad experience and again I’m fortunate to have a broad range of what I can purchase and just glad I didn’t buy son the Acura RDX I was looking at for him and decided to buy the Volvo. We had an appointment with another dealership in town on Thursday that did not honor the appointment, so we just stopped by this dealership. The salesman was very sympathetic with our situation as we were 2 Thursday that did not honor the appointment, so we just stopped by this dealership. The salesman was very sympathetic with our situation as we were 2 hours from home. We told him what we were looking for and did not want to waste any more time. He showed us what he had that fit our requests and nothing outside of that. We were able to make a deal quickly. The only problem we had was there was a sensor on that they had not noticed when checked out as it did not come on until someone sat in the passenger side. This was not really anyone's fault as it's not something that would have been noticed without 2 people checking it out. They could not get the part until the next week. We were still able to complete the deal and get our car the next Monday. Overall great salesman Chip Kidd and super friendly guy! More
The people I worked with:Salesmen: Derryl Jasper & Allen The people I worked with: Salesmen: Derryl Jasper & Allen Tonic Sales Manager: Josh Finance Manager: Rodger I recently purchased a vehicle f The people I worked with: Salesmen: Derryl Jasper & Allen Tonic Sales Manager: Josh Finance Manager: Rodger I recently purchased a vehicle from here. I really was hoping to give this dealership a 5 Star rating. Sadly, I can not do so. I'm only giving it 2 stars simply b/c Derryl was nice and the price that I paid for my vehicle was a steal. Aside from those fore mentioned points, I'd give this dealership a 1 star rating. The reason being is due to dishonesty and unscrupulous practices: 1) Allen lied to me about the Kelly Bluebook value of my trade-in. Without a doubt, my trade-in vehicle was high mileage. Nonetheless, when I personally researched my trade-in value on KB, I was quoted that it was worth $4,550. So I was shocked when the salesmen showed me their 4-square paperwork. They were asking for me to put $4,700 down. I was told by Allen that KB says my trade-in is only worth $244. But Frank Leta will give me $300 for it. I asked for more money on my trade-in. He supposedly went back and talked to the sales manager. At first they weren't willing to budge stating that $300 was all they'd be willing to pay b/c there's too many miles on the vehicle and they're just going to end up sending it to the junk yard for parts. But, once I pulled out my phone and had Allen walk me through how he came up with that $244 quote from KB, it's ironic that $530 was really the instant cash value for my trade-in. With the range being from like 1,000- $4,700 something based off the condition of the vehicle. So he went back and discussed this figure with the finance manager. The finance manger claimed that he had to talk this over with the bank. When he came back out, he offered me $1,000 for my trade-in and I agreed to put $500 down. I disliked and don't appreciate the games that were being played: 1)I was low balled on my trade-in 2)Finance Manger tried to upsell me 3) A couple of days later I saw the vehicle that I traded in listed on Frank Leta Acura's website for $4,500 with KB rating as an Excellent Deal. Buyers please beware. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Do not waste your time at this dealership we had made a 1 o’clock appointment they do not honor your appointment the car was being shown by someone else when we arrived at 1 o’clock and they said we can wait o’clock appointment they do not honor your appointment the car was being shown by someone else when we arrived at 1 o’clock and they said we can wait there and maybe they won’t buy it and then we will be able to look at it absolutely ridiculous statement I talk to Blake mercurio Who is the sales manager and he said they are in the business to sell cars and if someone shows up before your appointment to buy the car then they will sell it so do not waste your time they do not honor your appointment which makes it completely pointless to make the appointment when the people that were showing the car did not even have an appointment to look at that car an absolute disgrace. We are a auto enthusiast family and we were very specific on this car a BMW M3 that we were cash buyers on this car .gives car dealerships an even worse name absolutely terrible and the kid that the appt was made with is eddie just so you know. My experience was positive. Blake Westenberger was great to deal with, he explained things well and his approach was straightforward.
