The Sales Manager, Jeff, reached out to me today and was very concerned about my recent experience and said he would make it right if I give Frank Leta another chance. We chatted for a good 10 minutes and after being fully transparent with my issues he agreed Frank Leta would resolve and that this shouldn’t had even gone this far and he wished I had reached out to him first. That said, I now have his personal cell and his commitment in resolving a few minor issues on my son’s used car that we purchased from Frank Leta. He also said Frank Leta really does go out of their way to keep their customer regardless of sale price of a car as they truly value their client relationship. He would like for Frank Leta to be that dealership for all their customer needs. Thanks, Tim
