Frank Leta Acura

Our last two new cars were a Honda CRV followed with a 2017 Ridgeline, we wanted more seating capacity so we happened to look at a new Acura MDX, wife liked it so we purchased it from Frank Leta Acura in 2017 Ridgeline, we wanted more seating capacity so we happened to look at a new Acura MDX, wife liked it so we purchased it from Frank Leta Acura in Springfield. The car had a nice factory finish, I wish we still had it… they talked us into having a “ceramic coating” applied. When I went to pick it up, it was covered with scratches all over the clear coating, it was bad enough even when I asked our salesman to look at it, he found more scratches. I was told by them that this was not acceptable and they would send it out to a professional that only does this process. The service guy who scheduled me in for this “FIX” told be it would be buffed out, I asked him if it was coming back with buffing swirls all over it or actually look like the Brand-new car that we just paid Brand new price for…. He promised it would look new. It was a cloudy day when I picked it up, and it looked pretty good. I just washed it for the first time since and in the sun, you see the SWIRLS all over the place, I am so darn disappointed with what was done to our vehicle here. To be honest I really don’t know what to do at this point. Anyone is capable of making mistakes or accidentally damaging something, I believe how things are set right are what counts. I do not recommend Frank Leta Acura for this reason More

So Jay Serra was our salesman and he was amazing. We bought a 2014 Dodge Charger off the used lot. The car posted the day they got it but hadn’t been through the shop yet but we drove an hour and a half bought a 2014 Dodge Charger off the used lot. The car posted the day they got it but hadn’t been through the shop yet but we drove an hour and a half to get there and didn’t want to drive back. So Jay on his day off met us over halfway to bring us the car and the paperwork for us to sign at breakfast that we all enjoyed together. We were soooo beyond grateful to him and his lovely fiancé (that had to pick him up) for taking time out of their weekend to bring us this car for our daughter.
