Avoid buying from the Internet Sales Manager, Courtney, and the salesman, Dan Star. She will just hoodwink you and totally ignore dealer ethics. Let me clarify before the owner responds, Courtney apologized for the truck not being there but did not apologize for all the damages on the truck being revealed before purchase or her tactics. Their General Manager. Brian, is just as ridiculous and try the strong arm tactic on a complaining customer. I just had to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid buying from here. More
I have tried to talk to someone about my tires. There is no reason for my tires on my car to be bald at 20,000 miles given the fact that they are Michelin tires. I also purchased a maintenance package that no reason for my tires on my car to be bald at 20,000 miles given the fact that they are Michelin tires. I also purchased a maintenance package that covered everything on my car such as oil changes and it also included any scratches, dents, dings, tires, glass and all. As it was explained to me by the finance manager and I quote “all you have to do is add gas,” while I know this isn’t true this is how he explained it. Well I am told at my last oil change that my maintenance package doesn’t include tire rotations so while I get that figured out I refused it at the last oil change. They claimed I have gotten two already, one as a curtesy and the other because the lady the second time didn’t notice it wasn’t included in my maintenance package. Which at that point I was unaware of that being and issue. I have requested copies of my maintenance package from the finance manager 3 times now with no response. Twice on the phone where once he told me to send an email so he would see it and send it to me. He told me to go into the service and tell the service advisor to get him and he would get my tire rotation taken care of. I’m not going to allow them to rotate my tires and put the bald ones on the front. When I asked about why my tires are so bald with this many miles on them he said “we’re not going to put tires on your car!” He didn’t offer to look into the tires to see if maybe there is a recall or maybe they are defective. I’m not happy with how they treat customers. In the past I used this dealership but last time I bought my car I went to Ennis, they always made me pay for tire rotations so I switched back to Corsicana where I was told that was a courtesy that Corsicana offered (apparently only to people who pay for oil changes at the time of service, not the ones who pay for a very expensive maintenance package.)
