For example, I said I don't want to spend more than an hour at the dealership signing papers and picking up my new car. i spent about 45 minutes there Also, the owner of the dealership took the time (about 15 minutes) to come out and meet my wife and I and chat. Would only give me 18,000 for my SRX with 11.000 miles on it. They claimed they could not resell it that they would have to auction it. Then would not budge on a new SRX except for dealer incentives which was about 2000. I went to Jerry's in Weatherford and they paid off my car which was 28,000 and came down more than 5500 on a new SRX. More
