Service at Frank Kent is great. I bought the car there and have used the service department twice. I purchased a 2019 XTS at the Frank Kent on 820 on Friday 6/11. There was some details which I was told it would be taken care of before I purchased it. I dropped off my XTS on Monday 6/14 and I told it wo 6/11. There was some details which I was told it would be taken care of before I purchased it. I dropped off my XTS on Monday 6/14 and I told it would be ready in 2 days. I received word that my car would be ready on Friday June 18th. Once I arrived, I was then told that the service team did not have time to take care of all of the details I asked and I would then need to drop it off again and a loaner vehicle would be available. I was set to drop it off once again on 6/30 in the morning while being promised a loaner vehicle and just received a phone call that there is none available. There is so much lack of communication within Frank Kent and I am just getting the run around. Yet, while trying to sale a car, they promise you things they are not able to do or complete. I was planning to get my windows tinted as Frank kent did not have time to do so, but yet, they are quick at wanting to charge me $400.00 for this service but I will no longer be giving them my money. Very poor service!!!!! I will never recommend anyone to this dealership!!! More
