I purchased a cts 2017 in April 24/2020 I was told by Cory the sales person that He would fix the scratchs and a second key which they couldn’t find during purchase. I was told to come back on tuesday or Thursday for the key guy I came and the key guy was gone then they told me to come in the morning so then I called again to make sure he was going to be there I took off work today and then the they said they don’t have it on file for we owe you Cory remembers but management won’t honor it they keep passing me to manager to manage like they are concerned I would have never purchased the car with out the 2nd key they fixed some of the scratches but not all and now the key is made sitting on Dillons desk and they want me to pay half price for the key is $300 they said it cost $600 it only cost $300 period I’ve owned three Cadillacs and bought from two different dealer ships I’m not new to the Cadillac game. Also I have had safety Prescription glasses stolen from FK never replaced and now a key was promised and they want me to pay for it when it was part of the deal I will never buy or do services with this dealership again! go to Sewell, Arlington, garland, Jerry’s, or crest Cadillac save your self the headache.
