Poor customer service. unethical performance from Mgt John Ware Worked with Corey Session and sales mgt John Ware last week 9-19-24 made deal with mgt John Ware for p unethical performance from Mgt John Ware Worked with Corey Session and sales mgt John Ware last week 9-19-24 made deal with mgt John Ware for purchase of a 2022 Escalade Platinum with 11k miles Mgt John Ware stated he will have Corey sales consultant handle the paperwork ASAP. By Friday morning, 9-20-24 I still have not received anything from Corey. I reached out to Corey directly and verified the deal that was made with Manager, John Ware, and to send credit so we can process information. Corey early afternoon did send credit and we filled it out immediately And a purchase agreement. Our credit scores are 826 Friday the 20th afternoon, I was contacted by the financial Person stated everything was approved and they will be sending the paperwork directly to me, And they will be in contact with me by the end of the day, Friday the 20th or first thing on Monday. I followed up early Monday afternoon with Corey as I did not hear from the dealership. Corey informed me that this vehicle was sold to somebody else for a higher price. I displayed to Corey my dissatisfaction and their unethical performance as a dealership. Corey stated The GM would call me by the end of the day yesterday the 20th. Still nobody has called. Very disappointing, poor customer service, not honest, and do not stand by their agreements -W. Moran More
