Purchased my car here 2020. My salesman was great. Repair shop customer service guy wasn’t very friendly (Ron Evans). Trying to leave out and another salesman standing talking with someone would not move o shop customer service guy wasn’t very friendly (Ron Evans). Trying to leave out and another salesman standing talking with someone would not move out the way so I could get out. I blew my horn both turned and looked at me and kept talking. Finally I had roll my window down and ask them to move. I felt like because I’m a women they felt the need to ignore me. Every time I need something done to my car they never have loaner cars. Ive only had my car over a year. Not very happy with Frank Kent Cadillac service at all. I will not buy another car from here ever More
