Bought a 2020 Cadillac CT6-V from these guys sight unseen since im an out of state buyer. The whole process took weeks not hours and was very frustrating. Apparently the salesman who did the walk around of t since im an out of state buyer. The whole process took weeks not hours and was very frustrating. Apparently the salesman who did the walk around of the car was Ray Charles as he missed the dry rotted tires and 36" scratch through the paint on the roof. You would think their service department who did the safety check the car would have caught the tires, but if they couldn't feel the severely warped rotors and brake pads i guess i shouldn't expect them to check the tires. They got me- don't let them get you. The email you get about reaching out if you have any problems- just delete that because I never even got a response, even after calling- Thanks Sales manager Sarah. Finally got my registration 3 months later too after repeatedly texting Gwen the finance lady who although my car financing was approved and I started accruing interest on 5/31/23 wouldn't release the car to the transport company until June 9th due to me potentially being a fraudulent buyer even though I was approved by GM Financial and have 3 other car loans with them....This place is a joke and stuck me with $5k in repairs....now im gonna hit all the review sites....should of just returned my calls and emails. More

My 2019 Cadillac ATS coupe was wrecked and towed to your dealership on 7/22/23. Jaimie Wood did a phenomenal sales job with my purchase of my new car. He was patient, personable and not pushy. He realized dealership on 7/22/23. Jaimie Wood did a phenomenal sales job with my purchase of my new car. He was patient, personable and not pushy. He realized my priority was the safety features on my new car! With his assistance I was able to buy a new SUV one week after my car was wrecked. Thanks Jaimie for a great sales experience. More
