I’m writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received and regarding my 2020 Cadillac Escalade. The ongoing lssues and the lack of communication have resulted in significant emotion the service I received and regarding my 2020 Cadillac Escalade. I bought the suv in April 12,2024 that night I drove the suv home and I start to hear a lot of noise So the next day on April 13,2024 I bought the car back up there and told the salesman terry where the noise was coming from and I told him about the mix Mack tires they have on there and I told him that the 3rows seat wouldn’t come down. So terry when got the service manager and I showed him the problem about the window and I told him about a whole piece missing from the window he said was hold on. So he went to his office and he came back with a paper saying they say fix the windshield I told him the noise isn’t coming from the windshield it’s coming from the passenger window. The service manager said leave the car and Monday morning the car going in service and he said he going to fix the door and replace the tires I said okay. And then on April 18,2024 the salesman call me and told me my car was ready. So on may 6, 2024 I when to take my family out to dinner and the minute I pulled out of my driveway I saw the light came on the Dashboard, says suspension system that when I heard some noisy coming from the front and back I pull over and look underneath of the suv I didn’t see anything.so I park the car back in my driveway. On this day may 7, 2024 when I got off I bought the car to the dealership and I talk to the finance manager and I told him what’s the problem and then he told me to talk to Brett. So I talk to him and told him what the problem with my car than he told me that they have recall in my shocks. And I told him they don’t have no recall on shocks than he said don’t worry about he going to replace the shocks and he put me in a loaner car. Open Friday may 10,2024 I when up there to see about my car that when I saw the service manager so I ask him about my car that when he say they had a wire came off the sensor on the shocks he said they fix it’s so I ask him about my 3 rows seat he said they never told him nothing about the 3rows seat so I told him let’s me go to the Director Bert that when Bert told me that he told the service manager about 20 minutes ago to go head and fix the 3 rows seats I said wow More
