Worst service EVER! Made an appointment on October 15th and the soonest appointment was December 16th, with a loaner vehicle. My warranty went out on December 4th. Frank Kent Service will not cover the repairs and did not go to bat for me with GMC Cadillac Customer Service. Worst service…..and you could be in my shoes one day!!!! Trading in my Cadillac after I PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, and will NEVER own another GMC vehicle. More
