We had looked at both the Rav4 and the Honda CRV on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived at the Fletcher Dealership Wednesday afternoon we were greeted by Dan immediately. He was very professional but Sunday afternoon. When we arrived at the Fletcher Dealership Wednesday afternoon we were greeted by Dan immediately. He was very professional but we were NOT pressured. My wife told him what she was looking for and he went into automatic pilot and walked us through the entire process from explaining the accessories including the safety features. We then entered the sales floor and began the process of arriving at a price. He promptly got the sales manager and we worked out the issues of warranty, and price. We walked in at 2:30 and left at 5:30 with my wife's new RAV 4 detailed, filled with gas and instructions on how the options operate. It was a very stress free pleasurable afternoon. Our purchase was and the service was great! We drove 50 miles to go to Frank Fletcher Toyota expecting to have great service, and our expectations were met! He was a gentleman when we met him in person to finalize the deal and was not like your stereotypical slimy/shady car salesman. He held to his word with what he promised us over the telephone and did not try to play games or jerk us around upon meeting him at the dealership to sign papers. This is the second new Toyota my wife and I have purchase this summer. Our salemen (Dan Clark both times) wasn't lurching about waiting to pounce on the next customer. We were able to look around a few minutes without feeling like salesmen were stalking us. He then came and introduced himself and then listened to what we were looking for. He offered his opinion and expertise and then simply let the car do the talking. He answered any questions we had and even met me at another Fletcher dealership so I could compare other models. One of the cars we financed and the other we didn't but both times went smoothly with no hiccups. Had our three youngs kids with us both times and they have a play area for the kids so we didn't have to worry about keeping an eye on them. Dan and the team at Fletcher our top notch professionals who truly put the customer first. More
We needed a car and only had a couple of days to find one. We called Dan Clark and told him what we were looking for. It was everything we wanted and more! It was pretty much love at first sight! Dan picked out the right car on the first try! We decided to purchase the car and Dan gave us a great price for our trade in. He stayed with us throughout the entire process even though it was past closing time. Dan has been extremely helpful since the purchase of our car. He has been in contact with us to see if there is anything he can do and to see if anything is wrong. Dan even stopped by the house to help us set up the garage door feature in the new car! I would highly recommend Dan Clark to anyone who is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable sales person to help them. More

My experience with Fletcher Toyota’s Dan the Carman was A+! I started my search for my first Camry at the Toyota dealership in Springfield MO. the experience was awful for numerous reasons. Old sales tactics used over and over with every conversation I had to have with them. I could not get a price from them for 2 days! It wasn’t until I told them I was buying in Joplin that they said, “ send us the specs, and we may be able to meet or beat.” STILL GIVING ME NO PRICE. They could have beat the price and I would still have bought from Dan! I called Fletcher Toyota and a super nice lady answered, and listened to what I wanted and had Dan Clark call me back within minutes. Dan worked on the deal for me into the evening, sending me pics of the car that I described I wanted, in the price range I needed. HE COMMUNICATED WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME, ALWAYS TAKING MY CALLS, LIKE I A WAS THE ONLY PERSON BUYING A CAR THAT DAY! Dan had me in the exact BEAUTIFUL car I wanted within 24 hours of me talking to him. Crazy. I pulled into Joplin and the car was more than what I expected! I know this may sound overstated, BUT ITS NOT! My experience was THAT wonderful! I had been waiting to get this Toyota Camry for 15 years! I had to get all my kids into their own cars first… My last kid turns 16 this month. What a wonderful extra treat this experience was. Dan made it so special by making me feel so special and his excitement with me about the car. I drove home from Joplin with the biggest smile ALL THE WAY HOME!.... you know it also felt good to support Joplin in a small way. I will always buy our cars from Dan the car man at Fletcher Toyota.
