Best buying experiance I've ever had! On Oct. 10 2014 my wife totaled our SUV. We started looking for another car. Fletcher was actually about the 4th dealership we had been to, the first On Oct. 10 2014 my wife totaled our SUV. We started looking for another car. Fletcher was actually about the 4th dealership we had been to, the first ones were as if we were carrying gold the way they would come out and start their sales pich with some actually becoming rude just because we wanted to look and not be bothered until "we" were ready to drive or had questions, we found this at every dealership we went to until we stopped into "Frank Fletcher's super store in Joplin Mo." Upon arriving a salesman came out, asked if he could help us find anything, the wife and I just looked at each other thinking here we go again, but when I said no sir we're just looking at the moment, he replied "Ok thanks for stopping in at Fletchers, if I can help you in anyway feel free to come inside. We looked for around 30 minutes and knew Fletcher had other lots so decided to go look at the others.. Unlike the other dealerships the salesman didn't come running out the door trying to stop us from leaving. We came back to Fletchers showing interest in a 4 dr truck, left all our info. and returned home. We received a call that day with the quote and I said we would be back. We have a 7 yr. old daughter with Cerebral Palsy so things are difficult at times making arrangements, that's when I got on line and stated looking at their vehicles, writing lists of stock numbers etc. then texting the info to Alex Cupp the salesman we had been dealing with. Mr. Cupp would look each vehicle up, get the best price he could for us and text back all the info. this went on for close to 3 weeks! Alex is a very patient man, not sure I could have been so patient with us myself, but one thing I knew for sure after the second time seeing him at the lot, this would be the man I bought a car from! Finally on Sat. the 15th we drove home in our new car a Dodge Journey! We have since received a text to make sure we were happy and had no questions.. Thank you Alex Cupp for the great experience and we will see you next summer for our next car purchase! More

very good to deal with My husband and I was just looking around the car lot not sure what we were looking for but knew we wanted something sporty. They just put a 2009 gt g My husband and I was just looking around the car lot not sure what we were looking for but knew we wanted something sporty. They just put a 2009 gt g6 convertible outside from the show room and we both liked the sleekness of the car then found out it was a hardtop convertible which doesn't look like it would be. Jerimy Timi showed us with a push of a button the hard top open and roll into the trunk. I think we both smiled and said we liked the look of it both ways. we test drove it. talked about the price and knew where our budget was and wasn't sure if they could do it but in the end they brought it down where we wanted. and the time wasn't very long from start to finish.
