Another Great Experience!! This is another car I have purchased from Alex. I work at Fletcher in another capacity and have had the opportunity to know him well over time. Sale This is another car I have purchased from Alex. I work at Fletcher in another capacity and have had the opportunity to know him well over time. Salespeople come and they go but Alex has built such a following (me included) that he stays. There is a certain level of calmness that balances the hysteria while purchasing a car when you are dealing with Alex and behind the scenes. (I have an advantage because I get to see his dedication to Fletcher's customers on a daily basis when I'm at work.) When it was time to buy again...it was a no brainer to call Alex to see what I could make happen. He always picks up...he is always eager to answer my questions and to get me the best possible deal on my newest "want" sitting on Fletcher's lot. ("Brass Tacks"). ..In all fairness, Alex probably works harder, pays more attention to detail, makes certain that he has done more than his fair share compared to what you would normally find from a salesperson in 2015...however, he seems to take everything up to another level when he puts his work shirt on and converts everything back to what you might expect in the year 1950 when a handshake meant something. buying experiance of 9/2/2015 everything including all interaction with kodey the sales person was %100 satisfactory except that after being told by the finance department that i w everything including all interaction with kodey the sales person was %100 satisfactory except that after being told by the finance department that i would recieve the title within 2 weeks from the date of purchase yet not actually recieving it for 31 days which resulted in being penalized by the dmv due to the fact i couldnt register the car nor do plate transfer exc= the overall experiance was good. DEALERSHIP NOT TRUSTWORTHY Purchased a new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership. Truck had a transmission vibration that they acknowledged, but after just a few tries at rep Purchased a new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership. Truck had a transmission vibration that they acknowledged, but after just a few tries at repair, they refused to fix the problem. I tried to trade them out on the truck, but they offered no compensation for the equity loss on my truck. I called Chrysler Customer Service with the company, Chrysler Dodge Ram and got nowhere with them either. I will never buy another Dodge Ram pickup again. I was forced to go to another dealership to trade the new pickup with only 6,000 miles. I lost a total of 6,500.00 dollars on the trade for a used auto. I also was forced to go upside down in my payments for the next 5 years. Terrible Service and not a Trustworthy Dealership. Also the Company of Chrysler Dodge Ram did not offer any compensation and was not trustworthy either. This Company, Chrysler Dodge Ram just quit answering my phone calls after over a dozen attempts at reaching my service rep. Note, my sales person did a fine job, but was omitted from the problem with the truck!!! More
