Second worst car buying experience in my life Gave me the run around about my deal. Was buying one car, but ended up with a different one. Said I had fiancing then said I didnt. Since having this car it's had to have a new transmission last June and a new engine now in March. Do not follow through one what they say. Do not return phone calls. Was called a liar by service manager. Will contact BBB and Missouri State Attorney General's office. Very unhappy customer. More

One day when I worked and could not get to the lot He drove 20 mins to my work just to gather the paper work he needed to get started! By the time I made it to the dealrship all I had to do was sign papers He already had everything done! Not only our credit ruff around the edge but there were other factors that should not of allowed us to get the car of our dreams :) when every other dealership said no Daven and Billy did whatever it took to get a YES!! I'll be buying from here again. The whole group of guys working for us made it that much better. I'm a ford guy but Your Joplin ford managers are horrible and untrustworthy which is one of the top reasons we chose Dodge. Now our salesman, Mr Tom Beaumont was beyond anything I've ever dealt with buying a car or truck. What an amazing knowledgable individual. Very professional but also treated me like family in helping with our needs. You have a real keeper with this guy. Ive spread the word on him. Great great great guy. You could use more guys like him!
