spots I am very disappointed with the lack of concern that was shown when I complained about the apparent spotted finish, which looked like acid rain spots, I am very disappointed with the lack of concern that was shown when I complained about the apparent spotted finish, which looked like acid rain spots, and was told I would have to pay $150.00 to have an outside source "buff" the finish to get it back to factory look. I was told that the car was washed on their lot and not dried off afterward, and that caused the spots. That seemed like a new car make ready problem not my fault, but, they expect me to pay for their improper treatment of their new cars finishes. Perhaps, someone can explain the reasoning to me?? thank you William Leary Jr More

Hyundai Car Purchase I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership. Lots of options to choose from and the staff was friendly. The process was easy and they walk I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership. Lots of options to choose from and the staff was friendly. The process was easy and they walked me though all the steps that I needs to complete the car purchase. One thing I would have liked more info on was the Financing Company they work with for this brand. After already financing the car it seems like the financing company has horrible reviews. Overall the dealership was great and the sales person was great to work with and answered all our questions. More

Worst experience ever! This was supposed to be my third purchase from Fletcher in 4 years.. I SIGNED papers to buy a vehicle on Thursday that was at one of the other dealer This was supposed to be my third purchase from Fletcher in 4 years.. I SIGNED papers to buy a vehicle on Thursday that was at one of the other dealerships..They were supposed to go get the car on Friday go through it and have it ready for me to pick up on Saturday. I get a call on Friday - that car was sold last night to someone else.. WHAT! They did not verify with the other lot that the car was actually still available to start with.. I was given the following options 1..Pay MORE money 2. get a co-signer 3. pick anything else in inventory that is around the same price.. I called - The car did not actually "sale" that night it was sold a day later.. What happened is somebody made a mistake with the numbers.. It was caught - and instead of telling me this, I was LIED too...I was told they could not find another of the same vehicle within a 500 mile radius - another LIE the same dealership that had the one I originally bought had another one except a diffrent color.. Now no one wants to try to make this right - they said they would keep in touch - nope not one phone call since that day - they are waiting for the 30 days to expire.. Apparently a contract and the word of the dealer doesn't mean anything.. More

First time at Fletcher Superstore My husband and I came in and met with Salesmen Alex Cupp. He listened to just what we were looking for. He directed us to just the vehicle that fit. He has an amazing personality and calming way about him that didn't turn me off on making a purchase. I trusted him and that I would be well taken care of. Seth and Nicolas even brought a few cars to my work and I still did not feel pressured in any way. I work a lot, and time is something I can't spare, even for important things such as this. I am in a customer service based career, being a barber. I know true customer service, and I know when it is lacking. Another gentleman helped with test drives but I don't remember his name. I will continue to recommend Fletcher to my many clients, friends, and family! More

He spent time explaining the 2017 Hyundai Elantra car and it's features. The date we bought our car and traded in our 2011 Hyundai Elantra was May 11,2016. We did have to change finance banks--though! Thought we were getting Ally Bank, but ended up having to return to the dealership a few days later and getting Hyundai Auto financial as our lender. We kept the same terms, packages and pricing so everything was fine in the end. We traded in our 2011 Hyundai Elantra which had a remaining balance of $7,999.00 for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that had more features. Fletcher absorbed the difference and paid off our 2011 Hyundai Elantra. This was an ideal way of upgrading to a newer auto that had more features! More
